We were a group of 5 and the place was perfect. Very clean, great location to golf, city, etc. If you need bathrooms for multiple people, then might be an issue. If you’re flexible, no need to look any further.
Our family enjoyed 2 nights - the location is ideal as it is an easy walk into town and beaches. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Using the washer and dryer after many days of travels was a useful bonus. The space was relaxing and was very comfortable. All communication was very straightforward. I would highly recommend!

Two couples stayed at Carolyn's over The Open week and had an absolutely fabulous stay. The property is everything the listing says and is in a great location to visit St Andrews--close to bars and restaurants as well as golf. Above all, Carolyn is an absolute dream to work with. We had a number of issues unrelated to the property and couldn't have solved them without the above and beyond help that Carolyn provided. She is by far the most responsive and helpful property manager that we have encountered in many VRBO stays. We cannot recommend Carolyn and this property highly enough. You will be very fortunate to stay there. You will be in a lovely quiet neighborhood, but only a few minutes walk from South, Market, and North streets where you will find everything you could require. Thanki you so much, Carolyn P.S. Great location. Immaculate accommodation. Quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to beach, shops, restaurants. Would definitely stay again.
Lovely, comfortable, well-equipped, conveniently-located home! The owner is very responsive, too. Just steps from the Kinness Burn path, a quick walk to South (and really anywhere in town) - perfect for our stay. The flat is up one flight of stairs, and two bedrooms are up another flight, which was fine for us but could be tough for less mobile people.
This was perfect for our family of 5. Great jogging path out front that leads to castle. Short walk to town and the golf courses. Well-stocked with everything, including coffee, tea and some welcome snacks/drinks. Would definitely stay here again.
