We had a beautiful time at Graceland. Close to many nice restaurants and ways to enjoy a visit.

House was clean and fully stocked with all amenities. Location was centrally located to everything we wanted to do in Memphis and highly recommend this house!

Karen the host was awesome to work with. This house was the best VRBO we ever stayed, had everything you wanted and needed. Would definitely suggest this house for your rental!!!

All you need to bring is your toothpaste, deodorant, and clean clothes. This is the most thoughtfully stocked VRBO ever. I have stayed in a lot of rentals and they all pale in comparison to this one. 100000000 out of 10 stars.

This was a perfect home for our long weekend in Memphis. The five of us had plenty of space, and we enjoyed the well-appointed kitchen and other nice details like plenty of towels!

Our stay was simply marvelous! The property was immaculate, very clean and exactly as pictured. We had everything we needed from bedding to supplies. I was very impressed by the kitchen! I brought some things of my own and didn’t need really any of them. I had the pleasure of meeting Ms. Karen and Mr. Dave, they were both very kind and very pleasant. Our family was there for a family reunion and we celebrated 3 birthdays! I was very happy to be able to bring my family over for celebrations. Most places don’t allow that, so we were very grateful for that. I was also grateful to be able to bring my baby, Pepper he’s my toy poodle and the love of my life!I absolutely loved our whole experience, I can’t say enough good things about it! My whole family will definitely stay again!

We loved this rental. It had all the extras you could want. It was perfect for three couples but would also be great for families with kids too. Neighborhood was great. We will be booking this rental again!

We came to Memphis to visit our son who is a student and soccer player at Christian Bros. University. They had 2 critical games over the weekend and won both...YAY! This was our 5th trip to Memphis this year since moving him up in January and Karen's home is BY FAR the most amazing place we've stayed. From communication, to the ABUNABCE of amenities, to the comfort of the spacious home, the big back yard for our pups, I could go on and on. We love to cook, and the kitchen is spacious and has EVERYTHING you need, and more. And the neighborhood is so lovely with beautiful homes and tree-lined streets for nice walks. We have stayed in many short-term rentals and have never stayed in one that was as well appointed as Karen's. Her very thoughtful attention to detail is truly mind-blowing. Just when you thought, Oh, I wish I had xxxx, there it was!!! Literally, nothing was overlooked. This will be our go-to place every time we visit. Absolutely no comparison. Thank you, Karen, for a wonderful stay. Can't wait to come back.

OMG! This was the best stay that I have ever had it was a home away from away home! The host was absolutely great as well and would recommend to anyone. It really is a 10 out of 10!

This place was wonderful! I always look for good beds and good shower and this place had this and more. We had comfortable seating/living room area and could talk to our group sitting at the dining table or in the kitchen in the air conditioned comfort. My sister had the upstairs space that had it's own little sitting area that she enjoyed. In the mornings, when it was cool enough, I loved siting on the back porch. Wonderful little touches with artwork we kept finding every day. Close enough to all the sites, including Beal Street where we had fantastic meals and music every night. Hands down, this is the place to stay. I would be happy to stay here again if I am on the area.

We stayed for a second time and, again, loved it! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that our host had thought of everything to make our family feel comfortable and at home. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the essentials and more. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like having soft drinks, coffee, and even some snacks available. The bedrooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The kids loved their spaces complete with toys and games that kept them entertained during our downtime. The backyard was another highlight. It was well-maintained, with a lovely back porch area where we could relax while the kids played safely. Communication with Karen was kind and gracious from start to finish. She genuinely cared about our comfort and enjoyment. In summary, Karen went above and beyond to create a perfect home.

Every detail of this home was fantastic, although 3 adults were staying here we had family nearby who came and celebrated Memorial Day and we were able to accommodate ten at the table for dinner and cards, plenty of dishware and cookware to accommodate the two days of cooking and grilling.The home was stocked with many extras, the beds were like sleeping on a cloud.. This was our 5th VRBO home on our 3 week trip and it was by far the best. We would absolutely come here again
