Luxury 10 Suite villa, man-guarded, at amazing Encore Resort at Reunion

Great location, just was fantastic on communication. Everyone loves the house, will for sure reserve again!

I would have liked to rate excellent but a couple of issues were not up to par. Furniture in living room was torn and dirty, so were dining room chairs. Paid for a week of pool heat but it took into the third day for it to be turned on. Location and setup of house was great for our family but house needs a refresh

The stay was great. This stay was for a siblings trip. There were 15 of us and the house was very cozy. It was clean and comfortable. Some suggestions for improvement include: Adding more kitchen supplies. One set of pots and pans was not enough for our large group. There also were not enough cooking utensils and based on our previous experience at other homes (We have a trip every year in a large home like this) one set of towels for an entire week is not sufficient. I also suggest you include a grill in the price as most homes have a grill included. We do take partial responsibility for that as we did not realize a grill was not included. Instructions for heating the pool could have been helpful. We also went to Finns which was wonderful to have right there on the premises. I suggest you get a menu from Finns and place it in the book you have at the home. Your cleaning crew should turn on each TV to ensure they all work because two or three of the tv's in the bedrooms did not work. This will allow you to rectify the situation before or as soon as your next family arrives. The table in the dining area could use deep cleaning under the glass. I make these suggestions because the house is great, in a great location and could be even better with the appropriate changes. When it comes time to come back to Florida we would love to come back to this house with the proper changes.

House worked out perfect. Access to neighborhood water park was include and our families really enjoyed our time at the water park. House was very clean and well laid out. Looking forward to a return trip in the future.

Very accommodating with a variety of age groups.

Place was amazing. Had 11 people staying for a golf trip and met all of our needs. Very clean and resolved any issue we had almost immediately. Would definitely come back to stay again.

We had 12 guys for a golf tournament and everyone commented this had been the best house to accommodate everyone. Having 2 dishwashers, 2 sets of washers dryers, 2 fridges and a large dining table was SO nice. Will be staying there again for sure. Great neighborhood, great communication from hosts and very responsive!

We were a family of 14 and the overall space and bedrooms were great! However the carpets need cleaning or better yet replacing. The couches were dirty, the coffee table all banged up. Dining table was great but lots of crumbs stuck under glass, Kitchen was good space with plenty of silverware, glasses and plates. However no mixing bowls, one cookie sheet, no serving bowls and worst of all no oven mitts (that is dangerous!) Had to order and pay extra for a grill. House is in a great location. Water park was fun! Bathrooms and bedrooms were clean. I do not know how many years owners have been renting this house but I would only stay here again if they upgrade/redo some of their furnishings.

The hits just kept coming on this trip - highly recommend avoiding this one! Due to a character limit I'm having to redo this post with bullet points... . No upstairs A/C for 2.5 days . Downstairs A/C failed on day 2 - was down for 1.5 days . Upstairs was far too hot fornthe family at night to sleep well . Fire alarm panel went off every single day - property management had to give me an override code - but the poor dogs hated it going off . Wife missed a full day of parks waiting on an hvac company to do a no-show . Unresponsive owners took 1.5 days to approve a repair to fix the a/c unit . No response to requests for 2 day refund on the property. Was told by VRBO that because we stayed we wouldnt qualify - but YOU try moving 7 adults, 2 kids and 2 dogs!!! . Property management offered free pool heating for the inconvenience- but it was never turned on. . Won't get reimbursed fornthe $140 i spent on fans trying to help people sleep for 2 nights in the upstairs rooms that were far too hot. All said - the first 3 days were miserable almost 50% of our trip - plus wasted money on park tickets for my wife - VRBO AND the host have a lot to answer for.

The house is larger inside than it appears from the outside. Each bedroom has a bathroom which was the best. Having the playroom was really nice too. The community pool was really nice for the kids too.
