This house was built in the late teens back when Tucson ended several miles west of this house and the Tucson slowly built itself around it. This great 1 bedroom is attached to the historical house.

Stayed Nov 19, 2018The property is a centrally located historic home. The casita (kitchen/ living room/ bathroom/ bedroom) we stayed in was located between the laundry room and garage of the house. It was clean and attractively furnished. The king bed was very comfortable, but the living room furniture was not. There was some noise from the laundry room. There are three stairs on a very small concrete stoop to get into the room. The stoop had no handrails and there was very little space to accommodate the outward swing of the door while standing on the stoop. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

Stayed Mar 17, 2024Not impressive looking from the street, but once you walk in the door, it's great!!! Well appointed, nice Mexican tile floor, all the amenities, nice bathroom and bedroom, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable living and dining space, covered patio with chairs. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Jan 5, 2023Megan, the host, had lots of flyers on the coffee table for things to do in Tucson that helped us. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The heater in the bedroom was noisy and we turned it off to sleep. The door code didn't work when we arrived so we had to test Megan. She replied quickly.
