Enjoyed our stay loved pool area and the privacy! Nice neighborhood. The not comfort height toilets were an uncomfortable challenge! No grab bars in showers dangerous! The TV’s in BR’s useless! LR needs updating! The kitchen dishes were nice but needed more bowls and cooking equipment . Tomorrow morning, you will already have money.The house had roaches! I read this day filled dangerous. The TVs and bedroom is useless living room needs updating. I meant the TV in the living room TV. The kitchen dishes were nice but needed more bowls and cooking equipment. This property is clean and comfy. It is exactly as described and better! Communication with owner was clear and friendly. The area feels safe and near to restaurants, grocery and shopping. Chris the manager was easy to work with. Our one complaint was the pool was just too cold to swim in. Although Chris put it at 85 degrees the second day of our two week stay, it never got above 78 degrees, and that was on day 13. Very disappointed in that. Everything else was wonderful!

This is the 4th time my girlfriend’s and I have stayed at this property. It has everything we need. The kitchen is great. The pool is perfect. The property manager is so kind. I’m afraid to say too many good things so it doesn’t get booked when we book our next stay! Thank you for everything and we will be back!

My wife and I stayed at Latania palm for the month of March 2024. We were visited by our six and eight year old grandchildren for 5 days. The neighborhood is excellent. Little traffic and good for walking. It’s close to Publix and minutes away from many fine restaurants. The manager, Chris, was great. Easy to contact and very responsive. The pool was fantastic. We were in it every day and the kids loved it. We kept the pool temp at 86 for our entire stay, and we paid only $29 in extra electricity charges. The garage was available for parking, unlike many rentals. Here are my nit picks: the tile floor could have been cleaner; ice cubes would get stuck in the chute and drip on the floor if you didn’t check each time you got ice; we had to buy pillow cases for the guest room; living room furniture was comfortable but in need of replacement.

Well maintained, spacious, nice private pool, good location

The house was perfect for us we wanted a place to hang out that was clean and comfortable but also situated where we could go out and move around the Cape Coral ft Meyers area. Chris the caretaker was excellent, courteous and answered all our questions about the area….also two blocks away from a food market within walking distance. Very happy with our rental highly recommend!!
