Luxurious Vacation Home with Mountain and Lake Views

This house was perfect for our stay. It was beautifully decorated, very clean and comfortable, well maintained and well equipped. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants yet tucked away in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. The views from the house were spectacular. Communication with the owners was great and they made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Our group would definitely recommend this property and would love to rent again one day!

Perfect home for a comfortable family stay with teens and grandparents! At night, we played ping pong, Wii, and board games in the large family room. And in the mornings, we enjoyed the lake views from the deck. My favorite spot was the shaded lower patio with rocking chairs!

We had such a relaxing time and cooking was easy and fun in this kitchen. Plenty of room to have friends over for dinner. The seating areas for visiting or watching TV and playing pool were perfect. Everything is beautifully decorated and super organized. It was a great place to spend USAFA Parents Weekend.

Our family was in town for a quick getaway and a lacrosse tournament. We had ages ranging from 14-72 with us and the house was perfect. The host, Jennifer, communicated before and during the trip better than any host from any rental service that we've ever used -- fantastic job. The house is well kept and clean, beds and furniture were comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with items we needed. The host even let us use some of their camping chairs and coolers for our lacrosse event! Each morning we had a couple of mule deer come into the backyard while we were enjoying coffee on the back deck with views of the mountains and lake which made the mornings even better. I'd highly recommend this rental and will be renting it again myself if the need ever presents itself. Can't go wrong with this one...

We stayed here for USAFA graduation week. The bedrooms on two levels made it comfortable for our group ages 18 to 80. The kitchen was well-equipped for preparing meals and the lower level entertainment area gave us extra space to relax and have fun. Jennifer provided thorough details prior to our departure and was responsive during our visit as well.

I rented this house for the Air Force Academy graduation. We had anywhere from 6 to 8 people each night. The home was beautiful and exactly as described/pictured. Deer in the backyard, gorgeous view of the lake, even views of Pike Peak!! Excellent location as it was north of the Academy and easy to access. Great restaurants right there in Monument. The house was large with plenty of entertainment areas. Excellent communication with the homeowner. I’ve heard horror stories of people having their rentals canceled at last minute, only to see them re-rented for a higher price. This happened to my daughter’s friends family just three days before graduation. I mentioned this fear when I rented this house about 15 months before graduation. The homeowner put my mind at ease, and I knew I was in good hands. This was a beautiful, excellent property to stay in. I recommend it highly. But as I always say with any online rental property, please treat it with respect. Thank you to the owners of this home for helping to make our graduation experience so special!!

For two Thanksgiving weekends, we’ve LOVED this warm and cozy home to celebrate with friends and family. Lots of room upstairs for cooking, relaxing by the fireplace, reading on the deck and entertaining. Downstairs pool table, board games, TV, and outdoor fire pit make it fun for everyone. Hosts are wonderful and thought of everything. Even local deer wander by each day to say “hello.” We enjoyed many walks through the neighborhood and around a nearby lake. ????

We’ve stayed in many rentals in the Springs area and this home is BY FAR the most incredible home we have ever rented! Our hostess, Jennifer, was so accommodating and asked what we needed to start our stay off with minimal stress and maximized comfort. From freshly ground coffee to homemade breakfast breads, we were pampered and well cared for in this home. Necessities were provided, which made cooking & BBQing family meals east and enjoyable! Convenient to the highway and 10 minutes to USAFA- this home checked every box for us and then some! This is truly a home away from home! ?

Jennifer and Bob go above and beyond to ensure your visit at their property is everything you dreamed of. The home has designer interiors and all the comforts of home. I can not say enough about this home or it’s owners. I have rented many properties in the past and none have gone to the great measures they did to communicate with us and prepare the home for our arrival. Their hospitality is unmatched. What a wonderful experience and way to celebrate a major birthday!
