This area is very sketchy. Kids on bicycles staring us down and the area feels like lots of criminal activity is going on. Flimsy aluminum door that will not give you peace of mind. My family was not able to leave the car and we left. I paid for 2 nights and we did not use the property. Dont make my same mistake. Money lost and no partial refund was given.

Great place to stay for all your Hard Rock Stadium Events! This home has everything that you need for your comfort! And it is a short (5 to 10 minute) walk to restaurants, Walmart, stores and of course the stadium. Note of advice - Download the AUGUST HOME APP even before you get there. Our check in was rough because we hadn't.

Perfect location for stadium events. Clean and comfortable.

This is an excellent property if you are going to an event at Hard Rock Stadium. It is only a 10-15 minute walk to the Stadium in a safe area. The exterior of the property and neighborhood are average but the interior is exquisite and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. There's also shopping and restaurants close by. Again, I would highly recommend this for any Stadium events.

Over all stay was magnificent. Home was clean and nicely kept. Easy access to the football game. Very close walk about 15 mins. Would definitely recommend this to friends. Love the place. Thank you Derek for a beautiful and comfortable home.

The townhouse is very close to the Stadium which is why we booked. Just a heads up that the neighborhood and area are sketchy at best. The house is nice inside, but there are raccoons and rats running through the yard, and nearby stores have bars on the doors and windows and there is lots of foot traffic on the Main Street behind the townhouse. Getting anywhere you would want to eat or shop is a 20 minute or more drive. The house was well appointed but the AC was monitored- any time we turned it down below 72, even to sleep, it was turned back up which made for a few warm nights. Super annoying. The check in process and door lock also requires you to download an app that requires access to your location and home information. I did not know this until the day of check in and had no choice. Would not do that again. Overall if your first priority is proximity to the stadium this is a good location, just be aware of the details

Our family of four traveled to Miami for the Orange Bowl and wanted a location walking distance. Derek's house was an easy 15 minute walk to the stadium and we felt no safety concerns walking back after the game ended at midnight. The house is exactly as depicted in the pictures, with comfortable bedding and plenty of space for our family of four to spread out.
