The pictures present this house as if it’s extremely clean and well taken care of. It’s not. It is extremely abused and needs a lot of work. There are baseboards missing, painting that needs to take place, and you can see outlines of work that has happened all around the house. Everything is functioning however towels were stinky, bed spreads had dried blood on them, couches were stained, and sheets were dirty. I was not pleased with my stay at all.
If you've got a big group, this is a solid house with tons of beds. 2 bathrooms makes it a little tough with a larger group but was fine for 6 people. The large deck and hot tub is nice and having a grill is great (although it really needs to be cleaned more often). The kitchen was missing a few items (we cook a lot) but the biggest miss was a regular coffee maker. It has a Keurig but no pods. This is a solid house, mostly updated, and was a great value for the price.
Great property -- very cozy but lot's of space for a family and / or friends. Located right in town so easy access to everything in Incline as well as Mt Rose and Diamond Peak. The driveway is pretty steep so you'll need to be cautious about parking during heavy snow periods. Also the hot tub was not clean and had to be attended to during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed the property and would definitely come back.
Loved the house and the hot tub!! We wanted to use the fireplace but couldn’t figure out how to turn it on. Asked management but the answer wasn’t helpful. A simple guide to the features of the home, electrical and technical would be helpful (there is a small folded brochure but didn’t have a lot of detail). Also, the home could use rugs by the doors to prevent snow and water on the floors.
