Luxurious Smith Lake home, SKY CABIN, situated on 8 ACRES with amazing views!

This property was perfect for our family gathering. Spacious, clean, comfy beds, and incredible views of the lake a several eagles flying close by. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook awesome meals and enjoy each other’s company. We’d love to come back in the summer time to be able to enjoy the full experience of the lake and all that it has to offer.

This beautiful property fosters comfort and togetherness with many thoughtful spots to gather both indoors and outside.

Loved the property and the access to so many activities. It was a wonderful trip. Only suggestion is to provide a few more large trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper for the house.

I would rate higher but access to dock was much too steep & without handrails for me & my husband, so we were somewhat restricted. I took pics of family on the water from the deck.

House and grounds were very nice. Home was well stocked. We enjoyed our stay completely.For the most part, our accommodations were top notch.

This was by far the best stay we have experienced at Smith Lake. The views were literally breathtaking. The amenities were fantastic, and the accommodations were spacious enough to allow our large family to have their own space when they wanted it. David and Mallory were superb hosts! They paid close attention to every detail when setting up the home and even included a lovely welcome basket for us, filled with many amazing goodies!

We had the best time at Sky Cabin. We are hoping to continue a new tradition here.

We enjoyed our annual family vacation at Sky Cabin. It was perfect for grands from toddlers to teens.

Beautiful property, definitely one of the nicest places on the lake. Amazing views, wonderful boat dock and swim platform. Everything about this house and furnishings were first class. Hosts were attentive and helpful.

We were so thankful to get to stay on this property! It was beautiful and we were so glad to have plenty of space to spread out, everyone had their own rooms and bathrooms, and there was also a great gathering space for us to all be together inside and outside. We do wish that there was coffee provided in the welcome basket, but other than that the whole stay couldn't have been better! Definitely want to return.

We were so fortunate to find this delightful home for our fall break in October. The home is large and spacious and accommodated our family of 5 adults perfectly, allowing for family gathering and also affording room to spread out. From the moment we entered, we were captivated by the fabulous unobstructed lake view which was enjoyed from living spaces, porches and bedrooms. Luckily for us, the lake was still a comfortable temperature for daily swims and boating. The home has an authentic curated lake feel which we appreciated. We cooked all meals in the well appointed kitchen or on the grill. Each night we enjoyed a lakeside fire with cocktails and s’mores as we watched the gorgeous sunset. We are an active family and went on daily walks for a few miles. The hills provided good challenge which we loved. Sky Cabin gets 5 stars from our group and we especially recommend it for large families with adults!

The Sky Cabin is the most beautiful and relaxing lake vacation I have ever been on! My wife, son, and I had the most fun & relaxing time! This place is very clean, first class/top notch, most beautiful views ever seen, and has a way of taking the stress of life completely away! Lots of room and laid out perfectly! Wow! Is all I can say and if you are lucky enough to rent Sky Cabin you’ll say this and much more I am certain!! Do not miss out and go visit asap!! You’ll not regret it at all!!

We really loved our stay here. The hosts are amazing: great communication and a lovely gift basket when we arrived. The home is inviting and cozy, but quite spacious. It is perfect for 2 different families to be able to spend lots of time together, yet have privacy/separate quarters. The views from the house are magnificent, but our favorite spot was the dock. It has everything you need- and a very safe place for kids to swim, float, kayak, etc. We will definitely be back!

Had the best stay at the Sky Cabin. Our Family enjoyed the beautiful house and dock. David was very helpful and answered all the questions we had about fishing and the property. We will definitely be returning.

Our 2 families, totaling 13 children and adults, enjoyed a lovely getaway at this beautiful house. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Liked the layout. All the porches were fabulous and afforded gorgeous views! We cooked a good bit and the kitchen was well stocked. Comfortable beds. As nice as the house was, we spent as much time as possible on the lake and at the dock - boating, fishing, tubing, float, kayaking, sunning, snacking, and relaxing. We especially appreciated the bar area and cooler at the dock. Thanks for a wonderful stay and great communication before and during our stay. We hope to return!

Skycabin was luxury at its best. The hospitality provided by the host was exceptional. The location afforded us the opportunity go boating, swimming, fishing and relaxing by the dock which was large enough to entertain the whole group. The area was much quieter than the beach and the clear water lake was beautiful. Sunsets were amazing. The cabin allowed us to gather as a gruop with additional areas to sit or swing in solitude. There was something for everyone to enjoy.
