Luxurious Riverfront Home W/ Private Beach & Waterfront Bar/HEATED POOL

Celebrated my son’s 21st birthday here with some friends and let me tell you, it was the best! The house is amazing! You have the luxury of a river front property, a cool bar area, a huge kitchen, a beautiful salt water pool, and 2 outdoor areas that are super cool. The bar and lounge are in front of the river was awesome. A private beach with a boat launch all to yourself! Definitely coming back.

Everything about this stay was great. Perfect if you have multiple boats or CDs, easy to launch very cool vibe.

Tenth year coming back to this house! It’s always a favorite of everyone we bring here. Incredibly well maintained home, with everything you’ll need or want. Already looking forward to next year!

Amazing property directly on the river. We were looking for a place to celebrate a birthday and this house did not disappoint. From the whole home surround sound, salt water pool, full chefs kitchen and two bbq areas we never lacked for a place to keep the fun going. Plenty of space to enjoy together but separate spots to get away if you need.We had a great time lounging on the private beach and utilized the dock for our boat. Everything in this house was well thought out for a great stay on the river. All appliances are high end and work great, was able to make meals for 8 people with no issues.If you’re looking for a great “off the beaten path” spot on the river, this is your property. Host was very communicative and answered any question we had. Check in/out was very easy. We will definitely book here again, if we can find an open date. There’s a reason this place is always booked.

First of all, Jon, is a wonderful host. He has great communication and makes sure we had everything we needed before our trip. And he has an amazing home. There is just so much to do. The pool, the jacuzzi, the private beach leading to the river…This is our like 5th time coming to this house. It’s become our family tradition. Each time we come with different people. Family and friends. Or even one year by ourselves. Yes it’s a big house but you can’t beat the privacy. We feel like it’s our home away from home and even though the clean up is included in the price I always love to clean it before I leave.

Great property. Our families second stay here. Very accommodating for multiple families with multiple areas for relaxing or outdoor activities. We will return for a third time. Recommend BYO disposable silverware for a large group.

Rented Jons house for over 13 years always have a great time with family and friends. Plenty of parking and the House is clean and has everything you need for your vacation on the river. Jon is ready to answer any question you have and responds quickly. House is highly recommended for a great time on the river. The only thing was the fans didn't work on the patio not enough trash cans, water pressure in master shower wasn't good and it kept getting cold,

Our families had a wonderful time staying at this property over spring break! The house was a great size and comfortably accommodated both families. The location is absolutely beautiful—being right on the river made it perfect for both kids and adults. The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing for the adults, while the kids had plenty of fun exploring and playing outdoors. We brought our boat, and having the dock right on the property was a huge plus—easy and accessible. Overall, it’s a beautiful and well-kept home, and I would definitely recommend it for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway.

Year 9 coming here and it is always the best vacation! Quiet location, comfortable inside and out, fun for everyone. House is always clean and stocked with everything you need from sharp knives in the kitchen to shampoo and conditioner in the showers. Beds are comfortable, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. Jon and his staff are responsive and helpful if any need arises!

Each year a group of us who have been friends over 40 years get together for a long weekend. This year we chose the river. This property was perfect for our 3 couples. We couldn’t have asked for a better home whether it was sitting outside by the river, enjoying the pool or cooking & grilling. We all agreed best place we’ve stayed in since doing these trips, and we’d stay here again. The host was easy to speak with, very responsive, and answered all questions. 5 Star from our group.

This home is truly stunning! It provided plenty of space for our family of 12 (8 adults and 4 children) to relax and enjoy quality time together. With four beds, it comfortably sleeps eight, while also offering a couch, futon, and cots for additional guests. The heated pool and hot tub were a big hit, and we loved unwinding in the bar area with card games in the evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed.We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed at the property for Thanksgiving with our family. The house was very nice. The owner even warmed up the pool. Spent a lot of time outside near the water with our dogs. The beach and bar area are so perfect for entertaining and the view is amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

Location, house layout and the fact there was no carpeting. Being in a wheelchair it is difficult to fine a 1 story that's all tile

This is our family's first time staying on a riverfront house excellent choice house was beautiful grounds were kept clean riverfront breach was excellent great place for the family friends and kids highly recommend it

Lots of fun. 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, one couch in a king room, 1 futon in the other king room, 2 camping cots in closet, saw a pack n play.

This was the BEST experience our Family has had since we have been going (30yrs) to the River, this house was perfect, everybody had a room or casita to sleep in with a sliding door to step outside, the bar area on the beach was so fun, music, grill, refrig & sink, lounge area and view, but the best part for me was my own launch ramp, need I say anymore,!!

This is our 3rd year staying and we love how we feel right at home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms are also stocked with shampoo, body wash and towels. Every room is stocked with blankets, pillows and TV’s. The house is so beautiful and extremely clean. Having a beach area and launch ramp is convenient for us to enjoy the river. The kids play all day on the beach area and we all ride the jet skis. The pool is fun at night when it lights up and we bbq outside. Jon is amazing and communicates and responds right away. He has always been very friendly and keeps the property immaculate.

We had another great vacation at this awesome property!!! The dock was new for us this year and made everything so much easier!!! We can't say enough about this property and Jon the property owner is great!!!
