Great house! Had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable. Easy check in. Host easy to correspond with.

Beautiful House and backyard. These guys have all of plates, utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker TV's and beds were quite comfortable. Didnt use pool, but it and waterfall are lovely. Would recommend this place!

House was very clean and large enough for all of us. Our favorite spot was the rooftop at night.

This place is amazing, beautiful and quiet. Spent four night just my wife and I for our anniversary. We plan on going again sometime in 2026 with the kids. I believe we found our yearly Scottsdale vacation home.We will be back!!

Beautiful home with fabulous rooftop deck with views of mountain and city lights. Home was close to venue for my daughter's wedding and was perfect for wedding day preperations.

This property is beautiful and well maintained. Just two issues. One there was a large hole in the middle of the driveway. Probably from some underground utility maintenance. And the other is the jacuzzi tub that did not work.Otherwise, this is a great property and we would highly recommend staying here. Lots of wildlife to see and hear. We enjoyed going on the roof at night and counting the stars and the pool is the best feature especially at this time of year! We also enjoyed the night life of the restaurants and shopping in the surrounding communities. We will be back! 5 stars out of 5 definitely.Thanks, Lee Czerwonka

Great pool and the house was amazing!

Our stay was perfect in every way! The home is everything we expected and more. It was immaculately clean, impressively stocked & tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is incredibly peaceful & the views are outstanding. The grounds are gorgeous; the pool & waterfall wonderfully relaxing. We loved being on the outskirts of the city, with the amazing little town of Cave Creek, as well as great hikes of varying distances & elevations, a short drive or ride share away. We will absolutely consider returning to this home in the future!

Beautiful home and location. Clean and well stocked home. Great location for hiking, dining and shopping. Property manager was easily available and responded promptly.

Stayed here with a friend. Such a beautiful location, very quiet. The home us just as described. It was too cold to swim, but we really enjoyed sitting out and listening to the waterfall. Would definetley stay here again.

We had a lovely experience at this home. The yard and pool are beautiful, and we saw plenty of wildlife including quail and roadrunners. The home is very spacious, clean and well equipped for cooking. I would recommend without hesitation.

Usually stay in the Cave creek area every winter. Love the location and the size was perfect for my father and son that joined us.

What a great house! Lovely, and truly a villaIt is far from everything, which is a plus and also means a lot of driving in traffic to town for restaurants, etc.

This was our 4th stay at this wonderful home and can’t wait to go back. It’s in a beautiful, safe neighborhood with amazing views of the sunrise, sunset and the brilliant stars at night. We cancelled excursions just to relax by the pool and enjoy watching the wildlife pass thru the yard. We loved every moment of our time there.

Wonderful property in Carefree Hills. Property is well equipped and very clean. Nice pool and yard area. This is where we spent most of our time. We love the area. Looking forward to returning soon!

We had a great time staying here! The wildlife on the property was impressive! So many bunnies and quail. The house was very clean and well stocked with basic supplies. The house felt every bit of 4000sqft. Our kids slept in the 2 bedrooms upstairs and they had their own loft/sitting area upstairs as well! We stayed here in June and loved watching our car thermostat go from 105 down to the upper 90s as we drove from the main part of Scottsdale up to this home. The temp was never an issue. The neighborhood was quiet and just a beautiful area. The owner was quick to respond with any texts/questions we had!

Excellent Location - quite and well situated. Great as a starting point for hiking in the area and also Scottsdale is within easy reach for best restaurants and shops. The house is within the carefree hills and wildlife can be enjoyed close to the location. We did not heat the pool as temps were high enough. Tim was easy to reach and very responsive to our questions.
