Luxurious private beach house with private pool + Free Attraction Tickets!

The kitchen was awesome, we didn't get to use the pool we came doing winter.

Well it started out good. Then on Sunday morning a repairman came on the property (w/out our knowledge) walked up the outside stairs and I was never alerted. I called the Property Management company and they said it had to come from the owner. I was upset that I wasn’t told and then told we couldn’t be up on the roof deck due to a dangerous fence issue! My grandkids and parents had gone up there two other evenings and mornings to watch sunsets and sunrises. Basically zero communication between owner and management company!

We stayed for 6 days and the house was perfectly located, and the folks at North Beach Vacation Rentals were very responsive. Ideal for a large family.

Property was very well kept with only a few minor items that could be easily addressed. Elevator was extremely convenient considering the kitchen and main living space were on the 3rd floor but only a minor inconvenience and a lot of stairs.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. A few items to not: Mold in master bedroom shower, furniture was worn (couch), grass treatment (lots of ants).

Everyone fully enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning to this property. Very spacious and beautiful decor. The elevator was a necessary plus for some in our group.

A beautiful house! The kitchen was the perfect size to make our Thanksgiving meal for 16 people. We liked the layout of the house (main living area is on the top floor) and we really appreciated the elevator. The beds were comfortable, too. North Beach Vacations was great to work with as well.

Perfect house for a big family! Lots of room. The kitchen needs a lot more knives pots and pans for cooking.

Had an amazing time at the house! So close to the beach and a large living room space for everyone to hang out in.

Stayed here with a group of friends for a golf trip and had a great time. Pool was nice after a hot day on the course.

House was great. Large enough for the whole extended family. Pool was just the right size for everyone to cool off and it is was just a short walk to the beach - less that a block. Porches were used daily for enjoying time with family. Elevator was a life saver for some of our older family members and the garage was spacious for multiple cars. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The house was great. Having to drive to a separate location to pick up/drop off the keys isn’t the most convenient but the house itself was great
