Luxurious Oceanfront Home, Steps to Beach

Beautiful location and plenty of room for our family of 7. Quiet and peaceful area. Saw dolphins super close to the shore. We had a great time here

Property was in good condition and has good views of the beach. Kids loved the easy access to the beach.

This place was a very nice house to stay at. We really enjoyed our time. Two amazing restaurants within walking distance. The beach is right across the street. The perfect beach front getaway

Outside has weeds going across sidewalk. The fold out couch and loveseat had wrappers in them and under them. A few towels in closet had dirty hand prints on them not cleaned. Also one bed sheet had blood stains on them. Think cleaning crew needs to do better job. The house itself was nice.

We loved the location for gathering with our adult children and Grandchildren. The layout of the house could not have been any better. The house was clean. Everyone enjoyed the balcony porch overlooking the beach and it was a great safe place for the kids playing. Everyone said this was the best beach house we have stayed in!!

Other than there are no shade in the bedrooms so the morning light comes in, the house was comfortable and clean and has a very nice view of the bech.

Everything was great a few things I thought they could have done better. No chairs on upper deck to sit out and watch the ocean view we had to purchase a couple of chairs. We had a problem with electrical but was resolved in few hours. Did not like having to use and worry about a key to get in when having 8 people a keyless entry would have been so much better for a group.

We used this home for our family of 8 to gather from around the country for Thanksgiving. It was perfect for us, we have some family members with mobility issues so once they were on the main floor there were no stairs for them. The main room was comfortable for long conversations and catching up. The deck was fun although the seating was limited. Know that you overlook the road then the beach. There usually is not a great deal of traffic but Flagler is building two new sea walls so there was dump truck traffic during our stay. The kitchen was well equipped and the grocery was store near by. We were surprised to find no shampoo or trash bags, so be advised you will need to bring those items. They did have enough laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwasher soap for one run. Ample parking in the rear of the house as well as two spots in the garage. Obviously the beach is steps away and you're about a mile from the pier with it's shops and restaurants. Overall we felt it was a good value for the money and enjoyed our stay.

Need to work on communication other than that all was good. We had no communication on getting in the house and had to call. Beautiful views!

Nice 2 story house with top floor balcony overlooking ocean. The fronts A1A highway but it does not affect the views. House was clean and comfortable overall but the downstairs bathroom shower had not been cleaned at all. Remenats of previous tenants had been left behind. Manager was responsive to requests and we extended our stay a few days longer

The pictures of the house do not show how beautiful & nice it truly is! The place was spotless when we arrived & with every bedroom having it’s own bathroom, no one had to wait for a shower! The outside shower was helpful to wash off sand before coming inside. We loved the proximity to restaurants. The beds were very comfortable & the furniture was very nice.

We had 8 grown adults and our 10 month old grandson on our annual beach trip. The house is very roomy and met our basic needs. We walked to several restaurants for dinner and breakfast. We also ate in for several days and made due with all of the kitchen supplies. My only regret was the small beds didn't accommodate adults very well. They were extremely squeaky and noisy. Overall, we had a great memorable trip and that was my goal for this trip!

Overall the inside of the property was very clean. It does need some updates and minor repairs ( outlet on balcony is broken and other outlets are loose) washer and dryer could be updated. We had to fix the garbage disposal, bathroom sink and leaky toilet. The property outside needs some TLC. It is just a short walk to the beach and I’m walking distance of a few restaurants. Would also be nice if it was stocked with some basics like toilet paper, trash bags, etc…

We had the best time at Wave Runner - The location is perfect - within walking distance to 3 different restaurants. The house was well stocked with plenty of kitchen items and utensils - we left aluminum foil and plastic wrap for the next guests. 4 bed and 4 bathrooms was a DREAM - no one had to wait!!! We will definitely put the Wave Runner on our LIST of return visits!!!!

1920 was a great place for our beach trip this summer! Everything was easy with the rental process. House was clean and had everything we needed for the week! Great food within walking distance.

Very comfortable, enough pots/pans to cook with. Enough towels for showering but not for the beach. The beach umbrellas needed updating, they were not functional, not a deal breaker though. Location was great, between Daytona and St Augustine. Even though it was right on A1A you could not hear the cars inside, very solid house. The best part was a stunning sunrise every morning!
