Luxurious Newport Estate w/ Spa & Lighthouse Views

The fireplace and the house was perfect for our stay. Plenty of room for our group and kiddos!

The house is very well appointed. Very clean, spacious, plenty of bedding and towels. Our group had a great time cooking together and playing games.

Beautiful location! Communication with the guest liaison was great and timely. The house was very well supplied with kitchen equipment linens, and games/entertainment. There was room for everyone easily, and plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms.Our only caution to the future guests is to take care with windows and doors; the ocean air has corroded the metal making operation difficult at times, but the owners know that have given the occupants the ability to report problem details. Do what they ask and let the guest liaison know. We had a wonderful stay!

Wonderful place for a large family gathering!We stayed here over the long Thanksgiving weekend with 10 adults, a pre-teen, and a toddler, and it was the perfect space for our group. The views were stunning, and the layout of the home gave everyone plenty of room and privacy. We loved having so many fun amenities—card games around the game table, competitive rounds of foosball and ping-pong, evenings in the hot tub, and even playing the piano. Being able to walk to the beach was a huge bonus.The toddler absolutely loved spending time in the loft, and having two kitchens made preparing our Thanksgiving meal incredibly easy. We also appreciated the large dining table where we could all sit together for meals.A few small suggestions for the owners: a complete set of measuring cups and spoons would have been helpful, and having more forks and spoons would make it easier for groups eating multiple meals each day. It might also help to post a small sign noting that the stove is induction. Lastly, the dishwasher was a bit tricky—its soap dispenser didn’t release properly, and the normal cycle often ran for 4 hours without stopping, so we placed detergent in the bottom and opened the door to stop the cycle when needed.None of these issues kept us from having a wonderful stay. We truly loved the home and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

The house worked perfect for our group. Had everything we needed and then some. Great communication with the owner. The view was the best!

This house is stunning!There was plenty of space for the 13 people on this family trip. I would definitely go back again. We had an initial problem upon arrival (no sheets on one couch bed). We sent a message to the host. Similarly, the living room fireplace (timed gas fireplace) was not igniting, so we messaged again. In both cases, we did not get a response.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful spacious home!! Amazing views, right by the ocean. Lovely lighthouse views. The house was clean, host very responsive and helpful. Very nice rooms, beautiful master bath! Highly recommended!

What a great house. Amazing views of the lighthouse, ocean, whales, and got to watch a pretty nasty storm rage from the living room. Plenty of bedrooms for a grownup vacation or multiple families with kids. Big main kitchen, big table, and a giant downstairs that could function as a separate apartment. Close to town. Had a blast!

The property is nice suited us well. It would be nice if the deck had cables or slates instead of glass because you can't see thru it when its foggy or misty. Thanks

Eighteen cousins enjoyed a great 3 day family reunion in this huge, well-appointed house with fabulous ocean views, great barbecue pit.

The house was beautiful! Perfect fit for our large group. The kitchen was fully stalked with everything we needed. The view was amazing! The beds were comfy. Absolutely loved our stay here!

The house and property were very clean and an ideal layout for a large family gathering. Access to the location was easy and the view was amazing. The path to the beach is a limited but there are several good beach’s with in a short drive. The local seafood is excellent! We had a great time!

House is good, its obviously a rental and well used. I think the location can be tricky. We had A LOT of wind and fog in June during our stay. It seemed that it was only by the house/lighthouse though. If you went to the south side of the lighthouse it was clear. We saw the lighthouse and ocean only occasionally from the house. We had to scrub the exterior of the windows in order to see out when the fog did lift. Hot tub is small for the house capacity. Fires ouside weren't possible due to the persistant strong winds. Beach access isn't necessarily difficult, but is time consuming. 18 person capacity is very generous. We had 2 sleeping on non-pullout couches. 2 bedrooms upstairs dont have access to a full bathroom. Knowing what I know now, for the price I would have looked elsewhere.

Great vacation. Great accommodations. The kids loved tidepooling.

We all loved this place. The view is amazing. The only thing we wish it had was chairs on the deck.

It was truly wonderful, the only disappointment was it's advertised as 6 full bathrooms and 2 of them were actually only 1/2 bathrooms with no showers.

We had a great time in this Newport area house. The accommodations were perfect for our extended family and friends, ages 6-76. We had plenty of comfortable beds and the kitchen(s) were well stocked with everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the pool table, ping pong and walking down to explore tide pools during low tide. Everyone enjoyed the amazing views and the hot tub! Thank you, we hope to return soon.

My organization leaders and I stayed in what visually, from photos, was the most beautiful home for our retreat. We were excited when we walked through the door to find that the photos didn't do the rental justice; it was just stunning. However, when we got into our designated rooms and had to use the bathrooms, we noticed all of the following issues.While the rental manager was very prompt to respond to our needs on the day of our check-in, allowing us to enter early at 1 PM instead of the usual 4 PM, we encountered significant problems that overshadowed our initial excitement.To start, we discovered food remnants in two of the beds, which was not only unappealing but also concerning. The sheets appeared to be used and dirty, yet they were deceptively made up to look fresh, suggesting a lack of attention to hygiene. One particularly alarming find was a half-eaten hamburger tucked under another bed, which highlighted the negligence in cleaning practices.Additionally, one of the beds contained glitter, hair, and bobby pins, making it clear that it had not been thoroughly cleaned. In the kitchen, the situation was equally disturbing. The first five plates we checked in the cupboard had dried, hardened food stuck to them. Almost all of the forks and knives were similarly contaminated with remnants of food.On top of the cleanliness issues, there were significant safety concerns. The kitchen window screen was broken off and dangling on the blinds (there is more).

Beautiful house with a beautiful view. Plenty of space for our large crowd. Only thing lacking is easy access to the beach.

This is our second experience at the house and it has been a good fit for our large family. Lots of room to spread out and lots of things to do. Great kitchen. Great views.

Our family rented this home from Thanksgiving Day thru the weekend. Age of our family was seniors 70 to an 18 mo old. When we arrived the house was freezing inside (about 54). We immediately turned the heat up and the 2 fireplaces on - after 1/2 hr the heat had not budged at all. We called the prop mgr and were told to give it another hour as it’s a big house. After an hour of freezing and having to sit in our cars to warm up we called again. He said he would be there in about an hour. By this time it was about 5pm. He came and after multiple attempts he could not fix the furnace and said it would have to wait until he could get someone the next day. He brought in 5 elec space heaters to “get by”. We had planned on eating at the house but it was so cold we couldn’t. After driving14 of us, trying to find a place open and could accommodate us on Thanksgiving we finally found a place to eat. No offer of compensation for either our meal or a hotel that night. When we got back to the house it was about 56 inside. We moved the space heaters into the bedrooms and found as many blankets as possible. The next morning we had to move the space heaters into the bathrooms to get warm. The main area of the house was about 58, so we left for both breakfast and until the furnace got fixed. To make this short, the furnace was not fixed until 6pm Friday and took until Sat morning to get warm.We lost 2 days use of the property. We basically had use of it Sat and left Sun morn. Beware!!

The house is modern and very well equipped. Fireplace, pool table and hot tub were all huge hits with my group. Its all about the location and views!!

The house was located in a great location next to the lighthouse - well appointed.Plenty of room for everyone comfortably - we were a group of 16.Fireplace, fire pit, hot tub, pool table, wine fridge, were all very nice.Any issues that we encountered were handled by the property manager immediately.

The house was clean, comfortable, very well equipped, had plenty of space and the view was amazing! Would stay there again.

Our group of 14 spread out so comfortably, and we had big dinners in the kitchen/dining room! The views were incredible, and communication with the management was quick and easy.
