Luxurious lagoon home w/ kayaks, bikes, game room, cardio gym, & private pool

Big house, plenty of room, great pool.Kitchen cooking ware all needs replaced, worn out, scratched up, plates are chipped. Other than that highly recommend.

Swimming pool and backyard great view. Bikes were nice to have along with ping pong table.

We just finished spending a week at this lovely home in Palmetto Dunes Resort. The house has a unique but functional layout that suited our 8 adults and 2 babies perfectly. The pool was very nice with plenty of outdoor seating and a gas grill. The dock to the lagoon made for such a beautiful backyard view! We enjoyed kayaking every evening. The house is well stocked with beach towels, pool & beach items, and bicycles for the short ride to the beach. We most loved the game room with the MIL quarters above it. We played ping pong pretty much every evening. Literally, the only thing that needs an upgrade would be the cookware - it was not horrible just could use a few new pots and pans. We enjoyed many local restaurants and also tried out Big Jim's within the resort at the RTJ Golf Course. Overall, it was a lovely vacation. We will definitely stay in this home again.

This house was perfect for our family vacation! We traveled with my sisters for a week at the beach. The layout was prefect, the kitchen was well stocked, and the availability of beach toys, pool towels, bikes, sporting equipment, etc...was a welcomed bonus. We enjoyed it so much that we have already started making plans to stay in this home again. Thanks for a great week!

Wonderful week in our favorite location!! House was very well stocked, large and spacious. We loved seeing the deer walk through the back yard when we were out at the pool. Only saw the “ friendly” visitor in the lagoon once. The bikes with the house were a nice addition and in great condition. Overall great trip!

Very CLEAN. Plenty of room. Would definitely return. There were AC problems in 2 Bedrooms.

The house was very nice. Because of the time of year we weren’t able to enjoy the pool but small dock at the back of the house was a great place to relax. The only suggestion was to improve the cookware. We ate all our meals in and the pots and pans could use some updatingBut overall a great stay.

Start to vacation was horrible as wrong number given for entry to property. Had driven from Ohio and unable to get into property. No closet in upstairs bedroom. Had to call management for repairs. Response was very timely and very friendly people, but one towel rack broke again after they left. No handrail for use in getting out of pool, and for senior adults, that makes it difficult and one person fell and injured themselves. The outdoors was overall wonderful and we spent a lot of time there.

We enjoyed our stay. The house offers lots of space. We are a multigenerational family. 4 generations! The kids loved the pool. The men enjoyed kayaking in the lagoon. This is our second time staying here and we love it! It has bicycles, kayaks, the kitchen is well stocked, there are beach towels and a few pool toys. The game room has ping pong table but there is no Television in there which would have been nice for the kids. Overall we loved the house! It was great!

The house was perfect for our group of 8. Plenty of room to spread out. We loved the game room and the great room with the multiple windows and water views. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances. The pool furniture was comfortable. All in all the house made for a great vacation for our family and friends.

We had a great time at this house. Had 8 of us and each couple had a room. Lots of spacing around the house. Pool was great. Hard to walk to the beach if you have coolers or games and chairs. We did have a plumbing issue with our last day and they responded quickly but unable to fix. We were still able to use most toilets though.

We absolutely loved the house from the moment we walked in…it was beautifully clean and well supplied…the pool people and yard people were there during the week so everything was blown and cleaned…the configuration was perfect for us as there was a mother-in-law suite and three bedrooms in another wing that worked great for my daughter, son-in-law and three grandsons

Beautiful home, spaces to be together or have some quiet time. Kitchen had plenty of the basics for cooking and eating. Plenty of beach towels for the pool and beach. The pool is well maintained. Several bikes in the garage though maintenance looks spotty. We used one and rented the rest. This home was a great place to stay and would rent it again!
