Luxurious house in Park City Old Town, 1 block from PC Resort!

We had a great time in Park City and Jen’s house was fantastic! There are 5 large bedrooms and two sitting areas with a well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. We enjoyed the hot tub. Every detail in this house was exceptional and Jen was a perfect host. I would highly recommend this home. Hopefully we can return some day!

We had an amazing stay at this property! The layout was perfect for our big family with kids—plenty of space for everyone to spread out while still feeling cozy and connected. The house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and stocked with everything you could possibly need, from hairdryers to plenty of towels and linens.The location couldn't be better! It's an easy walk to the lifts at Park City, even with kids, and there are ski rental shops just around the corner. Plus, the bus system is super convenient and free. The house is close to several bus stops that go to Main Street, Deer Valley, and Canyons without the hassle of driving.We loved every minute of our stay and would absolutely book this home again! Highly recommend it for families or groups looking for a comfortable and well-located place in Park City.

We had 2 families staying at Jennifer's place over ski week. It's a very nice place - everything well laid out, high quality fittings etc. It feels like you're living in someone's home rather than a rental property.Jennifer was very friendly, generous and thoughtful throughout.The ski slopes are a short walk away - we had no problem getting our young kids to walk there each day in ski boots.Overall a great trip!

Can’t beat the location for easy walk to main Park City lifts and lessons. We had two families with 4 teenagers. There was plenty of room to spread out and also space that accommodated joint games or TV viewing. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The garage has space for one car. But you could do without because you are so close to bus route and slopes. We even enjoyed a Christmas tree left up for the New Year’s week. We’ll be back!

A lovely house, tastefully decorated and very comfortable, perfect for our multigenerational family vacation. Several seating areas so easy to spread out.The bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner etc. and the kitchen had all the appliances and utensils. Plus a pantry full of condiments.We made use of the sleds in the local parks and were inwalking distance to ski lifts, ice skating and restaurants. Uber is readily available and reasonably priced.All in all a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend this property. Very easy to communicate with the owner

We loved everything about this house. It was perfect for our family of 12, ranging from pre-teen to seniors. The house was spotless, incredibly well equipped, and provided plenty of space for everyone. The location is perfect. A short walk to lifts or town. Plus, Jen is the best!

Had our annual PC ski trip. Been renting homes for 8 years. My wife and I, our oldest son, his wife with 3 grandchildren (5,3 and 1) and our adult daughter. This was the best house yet! Space for all, beautifully designed in an ideal location. The kids loved the bunk room. Jen was a fabulous and gracious host who went over and above to ensure our visit was a success. A great value, well worth the money!

Fantastic host, kitchen fully equipped, amazing skiing. Couldn’t have asked for more! We will stay here again if we ever needed a place in park city. One of the best VRBOs we have ever rented. Thank you!

I’ve stayed at around 10 different properties during ski season at Park City and this one was one of the best. It has an actual mudroom. It has hooks on the bathroom walls for towels. Seems like common sense, but is actually incredibly rare. Jen‘s kitchen and bar are fully stocked with everything you may need. Plus puzzles and games to enjoy, and baskets of cozy blankets. It’s a very short walk to the PC base. We had the loveliest week here and I hope to stay again.
