The space:
This hidden gem with spectaçular mountain views is nestled in a quiet neighborhood 1.5 miles from the acclaimed KettleHouse amphitheater and just steps away from the Blackfoot/Clark Fork River confluence with newly developed trail system. Also conveniently located less than 1 mile from Marshall Mountain, 1.5 miles from Canyon River golf corse, 5 miles from Snowbowl ski resort exit, and just 7 minutes from Missoula.

This stunning new home was designed, built and furnished to delight and inspire guests.
Three traditional timber frame porches with brick patios and one deck. Large fenced in landscaped area with room to run, fire pit and secure boat storage. Cherry and oak throughout the home was horse- logged from owner/builder's family farm. Artisan built cabinets with motion sensitive led lighting, hand- stained concrete floor, custom lighting, and locally sourced furnishings and art throughout.
Sauna-Cold Plunge,Hot Tub and 3.5 spa- like bathrooms with 3 deep soaker tubs, custom tile, and over-sized windows and mirrors. Two fully stocked kitchens with dishwashers, coffee bar wtih expresso machine. Gorgeous handmade dining table on lower level that seats 10. Two washers and dryers.

Sleeps 8 comfortably with 3 bedrooms (2 kings and 1 queen with additional Sealy inflatable queen). Pet and family friendly. There is a separate private fenced area for Horses with shady area.

    It was an easy arrival and access entering the property. Conveniently located about a minute from a huge convenience store/gas station which we had to make runs to a couple times throughout the weekend. Only a ten minute drive from beautiful Missoula and a 20 minute drive from the wedding in Potomac that we attended. The house was not only beautifully furnished but functionally furnished as well. We loved how uncluttered and simple it was, perfect for having two littles with us who are 4 and 7. Having bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchens on each floor made our stay much more enjoyable as we had easy access to everything. The arcade game was a hit with our little kids, especially since they were able to play multiple different games on it. Our whole family got to enjoy the hot tub with a beautiful views of the tree covered hills and mountains through the misty fog. Definitely recommend staying in October, as it gave us very cozy fall vibes. We would love to stay here again!

    Amazing place! Everything was nice and clean, including hot tub and sauna. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space for the four of us. Everything was as described in the listing. Owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had about the amenities and place. We would definitely stay here again.

    This rental is perfect for two couples or a couple and a family. The configuration is well thought out for short stays with two separate living areas. The construction is high quality, furniture is unique and great woodworking. Obviously the builder/owner knows what he is doing! We really appreciated the stay, and it is so close to the Kettlehousr amphitheater.
