Stayed Aug 8, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The deck and location were great. Close to SHARC, so there was a ton of foot traffic at all hours. Otherwise nothing special. The house was so dated, from the artwork to the colors. The furniture was old, the beds were hard as a rock and the linens we pilled and rough. The dinning room carpet was disgusting with so many stains on it. Calling this luxurious is such a misrepresentation.I will say Village Properties were helpful when there was some confusion about the lack of SHARC passes.

Stayed Jul 23, 2025Upon arrival— toilet didn’t flush, trash cans were full, ice maker broken, old dusty unattractive decor, abundance of stains on rugs, no shampoo/cond/soap in bathroom, no access to garage, no bikes available, kitchen disorganized. Best thing about this place was the outdoor jacuzzi and location. Called to discuss concerns with no return calls. So unprofessional. With a little effort, that place could be great.

Stayed Jul 6, 2025Fantastic location and the home was clean and well-maintained. However, the furniture didn’t fully match the listing photos, which slightly impacted our experience. There was one less chair on the deck, and the outdoor furniture showed wear. Inside, we found only one chair and a couch instead of the two armchairs pictured. The remotes were also a bit tricky to navigate. Overall, a decent stay, but these details could be improved for accuracy and comfort.
