    We love Mammoth and this condo was perfect for our stay. The interior was upgraded nicely, especually the kitchen, which was well-stocked.The double bunk room worked well for the kids. And 3 baths was so nice to have.

    This property was the perfect place for our family vacation. Super clean, very well supplied, great location, and very good communication with the owner with a couple of questions I had before we got there. The managing company was also very communicative and exceptionally happy to answer/give information concerning rental details. Whenever we're going to Mammoth Lakes we'll definitely plan to stay at this property.

    Nice place and would rent again. Bummer no garage for gear. Also Good location near hot tub but it was closed. Every time we stay in condo property only 1 out of 3 or 4 work. Not really usable if you search the whole property to find one working.

    To be fair to the homeowner, the house is beautiful, extremely well-stocked, great layout, short drive to Canyon, new appliances, surround sound system, and a great location. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we enjoyed it immensely, thank you for the guides for the remotes and trash, etc. A couple suggestions, de-icer for the walkway, with the weather fluctuations, the shovel wasn’t cutting it and we had my elderly dad with us so the steps were challenging, and also some countertop cleaner in the kitchen. We were there a while and couldn't find any to help us clean up after cooking. And now the reason for only 4 stars: The management on the other hand was not helpful when we needed assistance with the hot tub (the code they provided was not opening the gate), unresponsive via email for over a day then the reply was “do you still need help?” It was not a reply with the correct code. I replied saying yes. Nothing has changed we need the correct code. Then I called, no answer and voicemail full. After all that, when I pushed back, the woman’s response was there was not hot tub access because of the weather / conditions, however, this was untrue. The hot tub was available and people were in it, etc etc. we finally tracked someone else down on site to help us gain access. It really felt like management just didn’t want to be bothered. As someone who has a rental home, they would not be my management company.
