Our newly remodeled 3BR townhouse is the ideal setting while you are here on family vacation, business, or just to experience all that Indy has to offer. A perfect blend of luxury and comfort, we are confident you’ll feel right at home. The St. Joseph neighborhood itself is safe, quiet and conveniently located to all downtown events and attractions. A short 10 min walk will find you in the Bottleworks district and Mass Ave. Lucas Oil, Children's Museum and the Zoo are less than a 10 mindrive!

• Please remember that you will be staying in a privately owned house. We ask that you treat our space with the same respect you would show your own and we will respond to any questions or issues promptly.

• For the safety and security of our guests and neighbors, the exterior of the building is monitored 24/7 by recording security cameras covering the front and rear entrances.

• The maximum house capacity is 8 people. Unauthorized guests, parties and events are house rule violations and will result in fines / fees and immediate cancellation of booking without refund. We value the safety and security of all our guests.

    This property worked great for our family and was cheaper than a hotel downtown. The property manager was very attentive and communicative. Would highly recommend.

    This property was very much what we expected from the listing. It was clean and comfortable. The directions given by the owner about accessing entry through the front door and garage were clear and easy to follow. We spent very little time in the home given our schedule for the weekend, but were pleased with our selection of this property. Walking distance to the Food Garage Hall was especially convenient for us!
