The heart of Bay Breeze is its open concept living area filled with soft coastal tones, recessed lighting, and abundant natural light. The livingroom and kitchen flow together seamlessly, creating a bright and comfortable gathering space with views toward the Gulf.

The kitchen is a highlight for cooks and entertainers. White cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances pair with a fully stocked array of small appliances and cookware. Whether preparing a seafood dinner or blending up frozen drinks, guests have everything they need. A large dining table and nearby seating areas ensure everyone has a place at the table.

• SW King Suite – King bed, TV, access to front Gulf view porch, oversized private bathroom with double vanity, shower stall, alcove tub, and a TV
• SE Queen Suite – Queen bed, TV, private bathroom with shower stall and access to Gulf view porch
• NW King Suite – King bed, TV, private bathroom with shower stall
• NE Bunk Suite – Two twin over full bunk beds, TV, private bathroom with shower stall

Step outside to your private oasis. The sparkling heated pool sits beside a convenient half bathroom, making outdoor living easy for families. Pool heat is available upon request for $50/day. Special lighting around the pool and deck elevates the atmosphere in the evenings, creating a warm and inviting backdrop for night swims.

Pool Heating Note: Pool temperature can vary during cooler months, as the system relies on outdoor air temperatures. In colder conditions (around 50°F), heating may be less effective or temporarily unavailable (45°F and below), and it can take up to 24 hours to reach the desired temperature when weather allows.

The shaded Gulf view front porch offers a peaceful spot for morning coffee, while underneath the home you will find protected lounging areas, room for beach gear, and an ideal place to cool off between beach trips. Guests also enjoy thoughtful extras including beach towels and a selection of beach and pool toys.

Along the exterior, you will find an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach and a dedicated fish cleaning station for anglers who bring home their daily catch.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!
