Stayed Feb 1, 2026Everything was fantastic. Beautiful house, great location, walking distance to town and beach. Communication was seemless, and the house was clean, welcoming and comfortable. My favorite part was the pool and porches, plenty of outdoor space. I'd love to stay there again.

Stayed Apr 12, 2025My Husband and Family were there for 2 weeks. The house was immaculate when we arrived. The VRBO listing is spot on but nicer. Plenty of room to stretch and find your own comfy spot. With all the decks and poolside it was easy. The pool was a big hit with everyone, kids and adults alike. Minor set back was there was no grill. We had an A/C issue, Heidi and her HVAC were at the house within an hour. Cannot say enough about her. So much so that we are thinking of renting next year. Periwinkle house does not disappoint.
