Luxurious Cedar City Getaway: 32 Mi to Brian Head!

Very nice place to stay! The upstairs shower is amazing. Kitchen well stocked with pans and things to finish some Thanksgiving dishes. Easy access to the freeway and downtown cedar city

We stayed at the property for a quick visit to the Shakespeare Festival in Cedar City. The spacious home had a large, modern, and well-provided kitchen, clean bedrooms, and large bathrooms and showers. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Beds were comfortable and home was spacious. It was very convenient to everything we needed in Cedar City. We will stay here again should the need arise.

A very nice, big and comfortable place to stay.

The property is spacious, parking was easy and all the advertised amenities worked. We reserved for 8 people and planned to use the fold out couch. There were only 6 towels, three hand towels and three wash cloths. There were no sheets or pillows for the fold out.

This is our third time starting at this VRBO, it's comfortable and is ready to check in and it of. All of the beds and the rest of the house are nice

This property is beautiful and versatile. Only negatives were no available extra toilet paper, very few towels, found a pill on the carpet. We would return!

We enjoyed our stay. There were only 3 of us. It was close to downtown. Bedroom on ground floor with queen bed was perfect for my older Mother. My Wife and I stayed in the primary bedroom upstairs with the King bed. A few things could use attention but again it was perfect and a bit less than paying for two separate motel rooms and being separated. King bed was a bit hard for my overall comfort but not a big problem. I would stay here again!

Property was clean, good location- it was a great stay.

Our daughter lives in the apartment complex this property shares an entrance with, so the location was great for us. It was cheaper per night than the Holiday Inn but we had three bathrooms and far more space than a single hotel room for the five of us, so that was wonderful.As far as minor quibbles: it was dusty, with cobwebs on most fixtures. There was some garbage (wrappers and a water bottle) under a bed upstairs. The microwave door was glued together with a large crack across the door, and air whooshed out when using it but it did work. The remote controls for the TVs were very grimy and the batteries needed to be changed for one. Luckily, based on some of the previous reviews, I had brought both Clorox wipes and batteries. The showerhead in one bathroom was so clogged that the water pressure was quite painful. We found vinegar under the kitchen sink and tied a bag of it around the showerhead, which after a few hours of soaking really improved the water flow. Overall, if you're willing to overlook some small cleanliness issues and make some minor adjustments yourself, it will be a nice stay. I would consider booking it again if my daughter still is living next door and the price is still cheaper than nearby hotels.

Very nice accommodations and we enjoyed our stay.

The house was large and comfortable and accurately listed. The kids and I enjoyed staying here. The location is convenient to the 15 freeway and has gas and fast food nearby. The house itself is a standalone sandwiched among very old apartment buildings and student housing units, so that’s a little weird. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay.

Nice stay, great bones of the house. But it has so much potential to be amazing. Updating the bedding, replacing the carpet, and a thorough dusting would go a long way! But still a nice stay.

Very comfortable and as described.

Property location is good. The house is much darker than the pictures show. Kitchen faucet was leaking under the sink but maintenance guy was on it and replaced it after getting approval from owner. Would stay there again.

The house is wonderful, the location is great. This is our second stay and we would love to stay here again next year.

Loved rhe space of the house and the Shakespeare theme. House needs to be refreshed. Old carpet needs to be replaced, lighting in the bathrooms was very poor. Found garbage under the bed and the kitchen counters had sticky spots. Housekeeping needs to do much better!! bettejob.

Very comfortable and enjoyable visit with our family.

The only issue we had was that there was hair in our showers and bathtubs making us think they weren't cleaned from previous people staying.. So we had to go buy a cleaning spray to clean it ourselves. Rug in living room was very dirty, id just toss it away it makes it look bad also there was a broken chair outside the balcony with one foot missing, I would also throw that a way. Other than that the house was a good size for our family.
