Luxurious Beach House, 8 BR, , Pool, & Private Beach, sleeps 28

Unit is amazing. View from upper floor balconies is great. Beach access is fantastic, pool is nice. Location is great. Issues we had was hot water, internet was not good enough to watch tv, and we did not have enough towels for everyone. It was a group of 23 adult women.

Perfect location. Beautiful home. Very Spacious. There were 22 in our party and we didnt feel crowded at all. Easy barefooted walk to the beach. We will visit Again. Got to see a gorgeous moon setting. Did know that was a thing!

Great place. Short walk to the beach which was perfect. Host, Rachel, was very good at answering all my questions and keeping me informed. It was perfect for our family of 24. There we no accommodations for toddlers, had to bring pack n play and booster seats. Also would have been nice to have some beach accessories, but it was easy yo rent items.

We loved the property and the house was perfect! It was easy access to the beach and the kids loved that we had our own pool. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Nice, clean, large house near beach suitable for big group who like the ocean. House is well furnished with 2 refrigerators, icemaker, washer-dryer and huge gathering space with tables and seating. Elevator is a big plus. TVs are large and nice. Bunk rooms are small and share bathrooms with other rooms which was challenging. Negatives were the Pool which is barely big enough to call a pool, and parking is a challenge. Limited outdoor gathering space with n some units and in general it just feels crammed together with the other units. Price was high but generally worth the money.

Another great family gathering in the books! Accommodated our large group very well. Wished there was a second living space. We were indoors entire visit because of frigid temps. Be sure to bring extra tp, paper towels, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, and trash bags. 1 of each provided (1 tp in each bath).

My family and I were comfortable staying in the eight bed room home. The customer service was phenomenal and Ms. Jackie took well care of us even when we had to call about technical difficulties. This rental property is highly recommended. My family and I will continue to support Ms. Jackie and we will be back.

We had a great time in the beach music complex. Jackie our property manager was very responsive and helpful.

19 family members (8-70+) gathered for a long weekend. Place was exactly as described and Jackie was extremely helpful answering and responding to my texts / phone calls throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend for others; however I’m not sure how 28 would fit comfortably.

This property is the best place to stay with 25 people or more. The location was perfect only feet's away from the beach. Easy access to the highway. Located where all restaurants, bars, stores, activities or located. The house was very clean, spacious, beds comfortable, bathrooms modernize, really entire house modernized. Plenty of dishes to accommodate whatever you need to cook. However, the furniture in family room was a little worn, parking space limited, elevator kept jamming although rep told us what to do. I had to pay for parking since we had more than six cars. There’s an empty lot behind them which they should consider renting to guest needing more space. The manager personally greeted us. She was very nice and responded promptly to our questions. Overall, this is a grand place to stay if you want an upscale vacation in prime location. I would recommend to everyone. Although we had those few problems everything else was so nice and emasculate that you overlooked that.

It was beautiful. Close to beach. House has more than enough room. We were very pleased with the accommodations.
