Luxurious and Spacious retreat with pool, game room - walk to beach

The vacation spot was awesome. Really enjoyed ourself. We just wish we could have used the pool but overall it was excellent

This home was just as beautiful in person as it was in the pictures. Plenty of room and I loved that they had plenty of things for the beach. (Chairs, boogie boards a wagon to get everything there etc). We did have a few issues. The description said all the amenities of home. There were very limited pans for use in the kitchen. We had 14 people in our party and they gave us towels for 10. I called to let them know about the shortage of towels and also the drains were not draining. Some drains worse than others. And lastly the dishwasher had a TERRIBLE smell and you could tell the trap had never been cleaned. They took over 24 hours to get back to us, then showed up with a bag of a couple of towels and bath mats all smelling of smoke and needing washed before we could use. They did get the drains going but didn’t touch the dishwasher. I ended up scrubbing that myself. It was full of mold. I just felt for such a beautiful property the issues were minimal and could have been rectified fairly easily they just weren’t.

This was our second visit at this property and was hoping to give it another try to see if previous issues were resolved. Unfortunately, some of the same issues are still present. Landscaping could use a touch up and lack of detailed cleaning seems to still be an area that requires improvement. Overall, if you are not a professional event planner like myself, I am sure these are areas of concern that would not be an issue for everyday folks. Prime location with beach access and enough space for your guests to decompress from others.

Home was beautiful. Pictures as shown and spacious enough for our group of 9 to not be on top of each other. There are 3 pullout sofas down stairs. 2 queen and 1 twin. Would recommend bringing a protector or additional sheets as they did have stains on both queen mattresses. Would recommend a heater for the pool. The days we stayed it was cool and very windy, a heated pool would’ve been excellent. Definitely would stay again!!

The house is exactly as pictured. There was a group of us and we had plenty of room for gathering and also when we wanted some space. I would absolutely reserve this lovely house again.

We really enjoyed our stay and everything was great and very accommodating and had no issues and very clean….this place is a must stay…I will be staying again in the future ???Our family loved it there?

Everything it was great, loved the house very nice.

The house was beautiful and the screened in back porch was wonderful. I loved the privacy of the property and the easy access to the beach. The check in and check out was hassle free and so easy. The only negative was the pool. We had to clean it ourselves after reporting the condition of it to Vacasa. They never came. My sister and her family stayed downstairs and the only negative was there was no television in their bedroom Overall, the home was clean and well kept!

It started a little rocky.. the property called cleaning service immediately to clean and freaking up the house and clean out the pool. The trash was left from previous occupants to the point were maggots were everywhere. Again the PM called someone to empty the trash but no one came to clean (they should improve on their cleaning and trash removal service all together) Sooooooooo after that was resolved we enjoyed the house the features and the pool with no problem.. I believe the PM and or the owner needs to visit house to fix and upgrade the wear and tare of the house But overall great visit and nice house Tee

Recently got back from our getaway trip to SC. We got extremely fortunate to stay at Villa Bella. The place exceeded all of our expectations and kids absolutely loved the play area ! It definitely raised the bar for our vacation rentals expectation. It also offered a small area for workout. Everything was very clean, comfortable and with a luxury touch. Minutes walk to the beach. I think we have found our favorite stop for all future trips! Cannot wait to go back again.
