Luxurious 7Bd, 4Bath w/Theatre, BunkRm, Huge Yard

The house was so awesome! Perfect for our family. The garage remote didn’t work for the full trip, but it may have been me or just tech error. It was very nice to get a response back from the host so quick when concerns occurred. I would love to come again! Great host!

We had a wonderful stay in this home in Cedar City. It was perfect for our *girls trip* with nine women. It was well appointed with comfortable beds and plenty of bathrooms. There was lots of seating in the kitchen and great room to gather and visit. The home was conveniently located near grocery/shopping and was in a beautiful neighborhood. This house was a great home-base for activities like hiking and it was just minutes away from the Shakespeare Festival. The host was quick to respond to requests and accommodating.

Outstanding rental. Eight buddies from high school celebrating 50 years of knowing each other. Plenty of bedrooms for privacy for each. Ideally situated to take advantage of Bryce and Zion (especially the Kolob Canyon part of the latter). Restaurants conveniently located nearby. Theater room was perfect for an afternoon of college football watching. The owner was very responsive with any questions. Highly recommended!

This house is lovely. New and well designed. We really liked the location—in a quiet neighborhood but with easy access to everything we needed. The house had a variety of spaces that made it easy for our big group to spread out comfortably. The host was responsive to our needs. Our visit was a definite success.

Very clean and just what we needed

We liked your home and yard but wonder why we’ve spent so much in cleaning fees and it wasn’t cleaned well at all for us. The counters were sticky, the hood over the oven was so grimy and dusty that my son cleaned it so he wouldn’t have to look at it. There were long hairs in the bathroom drawers, the towels smelled stale. The mattresses are long over due to be replaced, definitely a taco bed experience. I think all the cleaning person did was run a quick vacuum, we wondered if the sheets had been washed. Needless to say, we felt like after having spent so much for a 2 nights stay, we would’ve enjoyed a more clean environment. The patio and chairs were filthy, could hardly sit outside. Hopefully you’ll consider a good deep clean before renting again and would highly recommend a new cleaning person.

This house was perfect for our family getaway. Clean and spacious! Has something for all ages. Our grandchildren range from 15-2 and everyone had activities to keep them entertained. Was worried it would be far from shopping but was within 5 minutes from food and shopping. We look forward to staying here again!
