Luxurious 5 star Harbour View Retreat. Free Parking Space. Free Wifi.

We found the property clean and well maintained and in the centre of Looe as described in the listing. However one area of concern was the one parking space that is allocated to the house. As per the instructions, we parked our vehicle to the wider end of the area and ensured our wheels were inside the yellow lines. however we were not told that the black door was the entrance to the apartment below (we were also unaware that we were sharing the building with others). So blissfully unaware we blocked the entrance to said door. Your residents never complained but it must have been awkward for them to say the least. When we realised there were others in the building we maneuvered our vehicle to give them better access but because of the limited space this was only about a meter from the wall to the car. The next occupants arrived on bicycles and promptly blocked our access to the keysafe. The bikes were obviously chained together and couldn't be moved which resulted in our granddaughter having to perform a dangerous maneuver to climb over the wall and wheelie bins to get to the keysafe and then the same in reverse. Our car is one of the narrowest on the road so anyone with a large family saloon would be breaking the parking restrictions. We feel that the need to warn people in both dwellings of how restrictive the parking is and to be aware of each others presence and access requirements.

Great property with fantastic views, homely and welcoming, only issue we had was with parking as the space is very small

This house is spacious and very comfortable. It has been decorated to a high standard throughout. The house is set on a slope above the river affording beautiful views. The shops, restaurants, pubs and beach are all within a short walk. Looe is a great base for exploring and we loved the coastal path walk to Polperro and back. Spectacular views and lovely pubs in Polperro for lunch.

We loved our stay at Bellevue. The house is light, and the open plan ground floor was great for hanging out and eating together. Comfy sofa, armchairs and beds. All very tastefully done. And such a great view of the harbour. Thank you.

Super easy check in process even though we all arrived at different times during the day. House has a great location in West Looe so you are away from the hustle and bustle of the town centre but less than 5 minutes away and only 10 from the beach!

We visited here as a family to celebrate 60/61/65th birthdays-every member of the party loved the surroundings of beautiful looe and has great connections to nearby visits :) The house itself is stunning-simple decor and wonderful views. Thank you so much ?
