Stayed Mar 24, 2024Situated in the heart of Siesta Key and a very easy walk to the beach. Management co was responsive and helpful. Note that bikes are not included with the house. Additionally, the interior of the house still needs a fair amount of touching up (paint, functioning drains, elevator, etc). Had higher expectations based on the photos and what we were paying.

Stayed Feb 17, 2024Overall a good home for a family or multiple couples. But the pool was a big disappointment basically just a lap pool that never gets any sun. The kitchen is adequate and the furnishings are in good shape but not all that comfortable. We had a couple of minor problems and the rental company was right on it, they were very good. It does have a great location to the beach and town.
