For long-term rentals, a California lease must be signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.

The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.

Pets: Pets are subject to approval. Pet cleaning fees apply and vary depending on the breed and size.

Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code and its location. Upon arrival, you'll find a lockbox on the front gate, which contains a key specifically for your stay.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

The owner keeps one car in the garage, only one parking spot will be available.

Check-in time is 4 PM, and check-out time is 11 AM



Head South on Madison St., left on Airport Blvd., turn right to enter through guard gate on Golf Club Drive. Once through gate, turn left onto Village Drive. Home is around the bend on the right hand side of Village Dr. Cross Street: Airport Blvd.



Please leave the trash on the side of the home, as we have arranged for a company to pick it up. If you have time, please strip any used beds and leave the bedding in the laundry.



Any guests not listed on the lease will be subject to a $200 fine per person. Kindly send us a list of all names of people who will be at the house and the drivers of the cars that will be granted access.
