We had such an amazing stay at Churchtown house! Jonathan was an amazing host and so helpful explaining the history of the property and things to do in the surrounding area! We were brought fresh scones by morning and poured a pint of Guinness by evening! Absolutely delight and memorable stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Churchtown House. The house is beautiful, and clean and fully equipped. The team, especially Jonathan, were very helpful and informative. Jonathan prepared good meals for us from fancy to simple. Highly recommend this house/experience.

Grand home, idyllic setting and charming host who was the essence of Irish hospitality! Everyone happy, age ranges 7-83! Kitty, horses, sheep were big unexpected bonuses! Think the kids going with their basket to get farm fresh eggs from the chickens every morning, then big family breakfasts were some of our favorite memories. But then again, there were so many! Loved our time there.

Absolutely beautiful and grand home! There were 12 of us; grandmother, adult children and spouses, and grandkids. We all loved it, especially the huge front yard to play croquet and other games! Our hosts were fantastic; Helen even brought over warm freshly baked scones for breakfast while my son and I were sitting on the patio. Delicious! Jonathan directed me to a local tour company for the Gap of Dunloe and to the most amazing private coach hire and best driver ever! I wish we could have stayed there longer.

This is a peaceful retreat in the country in comfortable, historic house. Our amily enjoyed our time in front of the fire reading and watching movies at the end of the day’s activities. Jonathan and Helen were friendly and helpful.
