Itsdominant location offers a breathtaking view of the village and the ski slopes as well as maximum sunshine due to its S and SW exposure. You will quickly reach the Super Morzine lifts on foot as well as all the shops located at 500 M. Its layout on two levels offers a large entrance with ski-room equipped with boot dryers, a boiler room and laundry room ideal for drying clothes on return from skiing. As well as 3 bedrooms equipped with TWIN beds all with shower and WC. One of the bedrooms even has a large terrace with an incredible view of the resort. Access to the lower ground floor is via a wide staircase and opens onto 3 other TWIN bedrooms with shower / WC each with access to an outdoor terrace. There is also a magnificent kitchen opening onto a large table for many family meals by the wood-burning stove, a living room with XL TV and a second TV lounge area on the mezzanine.
