Wonderful time for all the family members. (10 years to 70 years). House is well equipped and location fantastic. Enjoyed our time immensely.
The pictures don’t really do this properly justice. It’s the kind of place you can actually get lost in. Great ocean views and we actually had some whale sightings. The luxevac team were responsive and helpful before and during our stay. I’d definitely consider a return visit.
The boys and i came out to relax and play some golf. This house is beautiful. 9 guys had no issue w space. The view was amazing and location perfect. Thank you for another great time Luxe!
Wonderful Property. Excellent Stay.
Amazing home, Castle as our Grand daughter called it!! Plenty of space for family fun and lots of photo ops everywhere on the grounds along with awesome ocean views. We will definitely come again!!
Rented this beautiful home and location for a special birthday. 6 couples fix easily and we had plenty of room for all our activities as well. The place was well stocked and everyone had a great time. The views from the decks, hot tub, and basically everywhere on the property are amazing. Easy walking access to many things nearby as well. Overall wonderful place.
Overall good. More info and instructions would make it better
Very well kept. Property manager was very nice and answered all our questions. Had a wonderful time.
Older home with lots of charm and character. Ocean views from most windows and a great location. Only drawback was the additional 47.2% in costs over the rental rate to cover admin, cleaning and taxes.
Rarely do you experience such luxury and such comfort - but this property has it. I took my family out for my dad's 70th birthday. My siblings and spouses stayed and I brought my 6 month old baby. Our jaws dropped when we saw the property. The photos do not do it justice. It is much more beautiful and unique in person. The hot tub is the perfect way to end a day. It was super chilly outside, but so warm in the tub. We were able to spend such wonderful quality time together. The location is central to everything. You're only about 15 minutes from Carmel and about the same for Monterey. We explored both towns while the men in the group golfed. They golfed for 4 days straight and enjoyed every second. We saw deer in our yard each dusk - which was a total treat for us. The property manager was very responsive to the few questions we had. I found the place to be clean, but there was evidence that an animal had stayed before which we weren't crazy about given that the 6 month is all over the ground. Luckily we packed our own blankets for her to play on. There is a ping pong table we were excited to try, but the balls had been damaged by a prior guests. We purchased new ones and then didn't have time to play - so left them there for the next guest to enjoy! I wish we never had to leave. If we're able to purchase again, we'd do it over and over!
The property is definitely a little dated, but it has a certain charm about it that makes it all worthwhile. We had some mild complications early on, but after contacting management, everything was taken care of in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this property.
We celebrated our son's graduation weekend! We were blessed to have this space for us to enjoy from BBQ on the grill to lawn games to ping pong and hot tub fun all the while seeing gorgeous ocean.
The house location was amazing and the sunsets were awesome from the multiple decks. The deck furniture could use cleaning and not all the decks had furniture on them which was a bummer. The house needs some updating and window coverings as a few of the rooms had a tremendous amount of sunlight coming thru in the early morning. Our time in the home was wonderful and great memories were made! Check out instructions need to come before the morning of check out as we did not see them until after we left.
The home has ample space and amazing views. The property manager was able to coordinate a great chef for an amazing on home dinner.
We had a wonderful week in Pebble Beach with our three grown kids and their children, fifteen in all and . The house had plenty of space and everything we needed. Great location and highly recommend!
House was great for a group of 10. Really worked out well
First and foremost, the location was incredible! And on top of that, the rear of the house (which overlooked the Pacific) was almost entirely windows and balconies... which made for a very special experience for those who aren't from the area. On top of that, the house was enormous. So there was more than enough room for everybody in our party. We would love to stay here again!
So many things need fixing. Too many to mention! Left punch list, don't know if they will address? A lot of money for no attention to detail.Called about kitchen sink faucet not working, no call back!
House is beautiful with great views with a ton of character...
Property and views exceeded our expectations! Host was always available for any questions or support we needed. Everything was perfect during our stay. My wife and I wanted a relaxing week at Pebble Beach to have a private chef make a memorable meal for us to enjoy overlooking the ocean. We all had an amazing time and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of home. Pet friendly too! We stay at multiple homes in this area each year and this was by far the best. Can’t wait to book this property again.
It was excellent place and very comfortable
Would love to stay again, but needs a little more maintenance and housekeeping
We had a great time. Main draw is the wonderful view, with great sunset photos around the property, and we saw plenty of whales (bring binoculars). House is dated but the kitchen appliances are very modern. Plenty of bedrooms (5) plus the castle guest house. Jacuzzi was a plus. There were Table tennis and monopoly to entertain. Property manager Alex was very helpful and showed us the house the first day. Looking forward to go back again.
we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house at a superb location. The house is clean & well kept.
Great location and view. Perfect if you want to be in heart of Pebble and close to Carmel
Great view, lots of space and awesome guest house.
We knew from the pictures we would like this property. The guest service agents were super helpful throughput the reservation. We enjoyed the hot-tub so much, the water temperature was perfect. We recommend this for a group of 8 or larger
