The on-site dock is not available for guest use. Public dock space is available to rent at the marina.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
3 days notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely ,large ,clean and updated townhouse! Beautiful water views, corner unit with comfy beds and nicely furnished with everything you need and more!
Condo was excellent. Very comfortable. There were a couple minor mechanical things that the owners need to fix and something needs to be worked out with the dock master over use of the dock. We were just loading family, fishing poles, and ice chest and got reported. Very inconvenient anda royal pain carrying everything to marina. Condo was great but want stay again because of boat situation.
A lot of space split over three floors. Marina views. Ample bathrooms and nice deck areas. Big open kitchen/family room. TVs on all floors. New appliances. Located in a marina area, with pool area
