Property, location in Palmetto Dunes all great. The issues were things that didn't work or things that we felt were missing. Refrigerator was out for the first two days and we ended up having to throw food away. Projection TV in media room, we finally got to semi-work, but no instructions. Outside of the kitchen, there was no comfortable family seating area. Media room only sat 6, and we had 6 adults and 6 children. There was plenty of space for seating in the foyer area that faced the lagoon, but it was empty. Outdoor seating by the pool - all of the cushions needed replacement. Corn hole tables are both rotted. Cushions missing on balcony and master balcony, the outdoor furniture was ripped up. Lack of hot water in one master. All of these are easily remediable. We wondered that the owners didn't want to make these investments because the property was for sale. Fix these things and it's 5 star. Bedrooms were comfortable. Master could have used some seating. Kitchen was well stocked. It's just a bunch of things and inconveniences to question if worth the price we paid. We have rented many houses on the island.

Many wings and nice outside areas for grilling, pool. We enjoyed our stay. The library was very cool!

Everything was great. Large open spaces that accommodated all of us but also had private areas for smaller groups. For us, the 2 wings made it easy to have an active space for older kids while the opposite wing was good for the grandparents and families with younger children. We would stay there again.

Our family had a wonderful time. The property was spacious and easily accommodated 12 adults and 3 toddlers. The dining area was spacious. We all loved the pool. The property manager was wonderful and responded immediately to any needs. Overall, great place to stay, nothing was a deal breaker, just some improvements recommended: The kitchen cookware needs to be updated. For a group our size, it was difficult to cook with small cookware. ie, there was no large kettle to boil pasta, and the frying pans were worn, and serving utensils need updated. The downstairs playroom also needs updated. Location was great! Close to grocery stores, beach, activities for the kids, short drive to Harbortown, golf and bike riding. Also XPlorie was great to use! Wonderful family vacation!!

After searching several areas that would hold my family and I, I stumbled across this beauty. Home was beautifully decorated and well kept. There’s enough to do inside the home to where you hardly have to leave the property. My family absolutely loved it!!!

This beautiful, spacious home with amenities galore provided the perfect backdrop for a fun, relaxing vacation! The home had everything we could have wanted … and much more!

The property is a great one for large groups. Enough space and entertainment to keep everyone engaged. Great host, available anytime we needed. Checkin process was smooth and hassle free. I will use the property and host in future.
