LUXE Riverhills Luxury Escape Pool, HOT TUB, Firepit!

Nice place

I came to stay with family to attend my graduation. When I booked there were many restrictions and regulations including undisclosed fees for persons over 8 guests though the listing states accommodations for 16. I was asked to provide the full name and date of birth for every person staying and was asked repeatedly if I was having a party as those are strictly forbidden. They only allow guests over 25 years of age and have a separate portal for house rules. The listing price increased once the additional person fees were added, so double check the listing first. The property overall was clean and big enough for everyone and the hosts were nice and answered questions promptly. The WiFi included is not sufficient if you intend to work from this location and could not stream any tv as the network connection was too poor. Overall a nice place hosted by nice people but too stringent for a rental property.

House was clean upon arrival and had a great layout. Was close to many of places we we're going to during our trip. Property manager was very communicative when/if needed.

We take an annual New Year’s family trip so the space was perfect. The house was just as listed on pictures. Pool temperature was perfect so we were able to use it in December. The home was clean with plenty of bathrooms and beds. Out of the 5 bedrooms only 2 had tv’s. I know some owners do this but it was an inconvenience for our family. I didn’t give the 5 stars only because of the neighborhood. The homes surrounding this beautiful home was not too pleasant. A shopping cart was abandoned at the edge of our driveway and multiple homes had trash/mattresses thrown on the lawn. The haggling for money from locals was heavy in the surrounding store areas. I would suggest spending free time near downtown which isn’t far. Overall great house.

The house was very nice, open and spacious. Plenty of space to enjoy togetherness or to break away if needed.

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Very simple checkin process.

Pool was Green when we got there(Fri), enormous amount of chemicals put in on Sat, didn't ever turn crystal clear while we were there. Had not been vacuumed.- Was told it was stained. Patio had a massive hole where it has caved in, grass had not mowed. MUCH smaller and dirtier than pictures. Asked for some money back b/c we could not use outside-was told no. Outside and surrounding area is Sketchy and not safe. Code did not work @check in time. Had to call multiple times before it worked. Inside...Beautiful, as pictures. However, not one shower had HOT water. Was told by Prop Mngr to go reset breaker. We did and nothing. Prop Mngr told us to make sure we turned knobs to hot! Really? ( 4 Police Officers, 3 Lawyers 2 teachers, an electrician and a dentist could not figure it out lol) Not once did he say he would come check it out himself. Ended up taking cold showers. If you have less people it might work, but we had 11 people all taking showers within 60-90 minutes and couldn't even get one Hot shower. VERY disappointed with the Prop Mngr and how this trip turned out. One of the reasons we rented this house was for the Pool and for it not to be swimmable and to get such a BS response was frustrating and, again, disappointing. I'd save your money and go elsewhere.

Our group enjoyed this property and we had plenty of beds for everyone. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone as well! Very short ride to downtown areas.
