Property was absolutely beautiful and looked just like the pictures. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies, and the added games in the garage were good for the kids.

Beautiful property. Lovely location on a hill. Views all around. Fire pit evenings with family watching the sunset was best part.Bedrooms and kitchen were lovely. We all slept well. Living room was comfy with large TV.Dining table was not big enough for 10 ppl. There was only 6 chairs. Until the last night we found white folding chairs hidden in a closet.Listing said there was a “hot tub”. But this was false. Disappointed family, for sure. There is no hot tub at this property.Garage had very nice Rogue weight set, squat rack and dumbbells. Along with nice ping pong table and ski ball “game room”. Sadly we were unable to use any of this area, as it was infested with black widow spiders. After killing 3 or 4 large ones, we saw 5-10 more, dropping from the rafters at night and all around the weights and ping pong table. No way I would let my kids in there. Super bummed. The title of the listing says “gym” and “game room”. But again, we were disappointed.Pictures of property showed beautiful koi pond. But it was under construction and not a pond at all.Overall, we had a wonderful time. I would have given it 5 stars if the listing was clear and our expectations (from the listing) were met.

I booked this rental for a group bachelorette trip which consisted of several moms, busy techies and teachers. The space was a complete luxury and gave all of us a much deserved respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The pool was perfect, overlooking the vineyards nearby. The large living room was great for movie nights and group hangouts as we visited with one another. The location itself was easy to get to and leave from to get last minute groceries or go wine tasting. The hosts were incredibly responsive when we ran into an issue and were quick to get someone out to resolve it. The house itself had all the kitchen tools we needed, including a blender (pleasant surprise), large bowls for family-style meals, and more! Thank you so much Kathy & Team for such a lovely stay. Your property is wonderful! Many in our group will come back to book again!

We used this property as our home base for 3 weeks, and it was great. The house is spacious and very well equipped (including LOTS of towels, a Pack-n-Play and high chair, an extra folding table and chairs, TWO washers and dryers). The views are stunning - morning and night. And if you are looking for quiet, you will have found it at this home!! As a city girl, it took me a bit of time to get used to being a few miles out of town. You can't walk to get coffee, but there are two amazing coffee makers and frothers. By the end of our stay, I was taking my own order, making it and leaving myself a tip! Back to being in the country. (Those of you from the actual country may laugh at me...) But in the country it is dusty. Your car will be very dusty. It is summer-time and the vegetation is dry. There is wildlife. Birds, lizards, snakes, mice and spiders. They didn't bother us, but they were around. The last week of our stay, extended family came to visit and the kids spent hours trying to catch lizards. They never did, but had fun trying! The only item I will note about the listing is that the gym is simply some weight equipment in the garage. In my opinion, gym is an overstatement. But the weight equipment is nice. And heavy. Kathy and individuals from the management team were in touch with us throughout the visit, making sure we were aware of what maintenance activities were taking place on which days. If we had a request, the team was very responsive.

The house itself and the set up was great. The rooms were exactly how they were described, and the living and kitchen area was exactly how they were described and they were great. However, the inside of the house had a lot of cobwebs which resulted in a lot of spiders and bugs within the house. It almost seemed like we were the first ones to rent this home after a really long time so thorough cleaning and removal of cobwebs were needed. We were really unable to use any of the outdoor furniture as the furniture had a lot of bird poop on it, and it was not fully cleaned. The Adirondack chairs were not covered with a tarp or anything so they were open and covered in bird poop. The outdoor tables and chairs were covered with the tarp however, when we remove the tarp, they were also covered in bird poop so a good washing of the outdoor furniture is also needed, we did not use the pool as the pool had been cleaned and there was a lot of dirt and debris with the pool. I really felt like we chose this location in this property specifically for the outdoor amenities that we were unable to use, which was really disappointing. The cleanliness of the outdoor furniture and area around the house definitely needs to be improved for future renters.

This property is absolutely gorgeous, well maintained, with a well stocked kitchen. The home and views were SPECTACULAR -- way better than in the pictures. The only caveat I will list is that there is a 1 mile dirt road to the home which has some shrubs on the path, so you wouldn't want to bring a sports car that's low to the ground. We were able to drive over the shrubbery and access it with our normal sedans (Corolla, Honda Civic, etc).

The place was clean with very comfortable beds. Everything had space for our group. I do wish there was a closet in the master bedroom to hang things up and put our close. With the closet locked, we had no place to put our clothes and shoes

Every year a group of 10-12 of us have a cycling weekend getaway. After a long day of riding we like to bbq and lounge in the pool, play games and just relax. This property was great for that. We did have to clean the pool due to a lot of leaves and the bbq really needs to be updated but other than that it was perfect
