Luxe Ranch-Vibe Retreat - Heated 2-Level Pool+ Spa -20 minutes to Austin & Lakes

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home in a lovely neighborhood, but there were a few things we wish we had known beforehand.The host did inform us that the house runs on well water and that showers should be staggered. However, on our first morning, after running the washer, the water shut off completely and took much longer than the 20 minutes mentioned to return. During that time, we couldn’t flush the toilets, which was inconvenient. The owner did try to help us figure out what was going on but we were leaving out for our planned destination. The home itself was spacious and well laid out, but some updates could make the stay more comfortable. The kitchen dishes could use replacing as many seemed worn. The two main bedroom beds were very comfortable, but the sleeper sofa bed and the bed in the office was extremely uncomfortable for sleeping upgrading it would make a big difference.In the master bedroom, the door handle kept coming loose and the curtain over the window repeatedly fell off, which was a privacy concern. And it took us forever to iron because the iron was miniature as well as the board. Overall, the home is beautiful, but addressing these maintenance items would make future stays even better.

This was a perfect place to stay for spring break with my kids. Becky was very accommodating and helpful! I would definitely stay her and recommend it to Others.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here.The house was clean and well stocked of everything.The only thing we had an issue with was the pool. It had a lot of debris floating and on the bottom, we were unable to use it.The pool is also quite a bit smaller than what listing shows. But overall, we had a great experience. And the host was very easy to work with. Next time we are in the area, we will stay here again. Easy to work with

This was a beautiful home with all the amenities! Not one detail was missed! Large property with lots of room inside and out! We had an incredible weekend with memories of family playing the baby grand piano while cooking dinner in a gourmet kitchen in a fantastic gathering place! We spent evenings watching the sunset over the pool enjoying nature. We were so impressed with all the personal touches! A must stay when you are in north Austin area.

The home we rented was beautiful and contained everything we needed to make our stay a great and memorable family vacation. We enjoyed the pool, grill and games(corn hole) etc. Would recommend if anyone is looking for a relaxing, beautiful and comfortable home to rent for a vacation in the Roynd Rock area.

The house worked wonderfully for our family of nine. We ranged from age 4 to 64. It had everything we needed and was very well stocked. Great family trip.

We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was quiet we didn’t have any issues. We didn’t like that the pool had leaves in it heavy it was so pretty we couldn’t use it. The house is 4 bedrooms but look at it as 3 bedrooms and a office room that messed up our sleeping arrangements. But overall the house was sooo beautiful and Becky was very quick to respond and helpful.
