Great location for Macalester and good amenities in the house for cooking etc

Great place for a few days with family and exploring The Mall of America

This property is absolutely wonderful inside. Plenty of room for the family and a really nice kitchen, combined with a great backyard and patio area.

Lovely home and close to everything!

We had a wonderful time and were very impressed by the house! There’s a ton of great space to hang out in. We were with our two young kids and their grandparents. Everyone had a good comfortable spot to sleep. It was so hot while we were in MN and the AC worked super well thank goodness! The location was great. Lots of cute spots in the neighborhood. Highly recommend Nelson’s Dairy, the Nook, Tonos pizza, YUM Kitchen and Pajarito. Very easy access to getting anywhere in the cities from here and we were super happy with the proximity to the children’s museum downtown (also highly recommend) and the Como zoo.The office bed that’s a twin has kind of a funky mattress I don’t think an adult would love, but we put it on the floor of the massive walk in closet attached to the primary and our 4 year old was perfectly happy there. There’s a table and chairs outside but not much else. I don’t think there’s a grill. Not a big deal at all but probably would have used it if there was one.The huge claw foot tub in the master only has one temperature setting - hot.it worked for me if I let it fill up a little and cool down!If you’re looking to bathe kids, the big tub doesn’t work for that reason and the other doesn’t have a great plug so the water drains. We made it work with a wash cloth but just a heads up if you have kids who need a bath!

We were so happy with the property we booked, it was perfect for our needs. Lots of space and had all the amenities we wanted, as well as the perfect location to make it easy for graduation weekend. The hosts were prompt with communication, and were able to take care of a couple little hiccups right away. I really enjoyed the large soaking tub in the primary suite, highly recommend! We would stay here again.

House was in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Property manager very responsive to a small problem we had.

Overall great experience

For our first Vrbo this was a great experience. Sellers were great. Had to contact them on check in and they were great getting us in. Our family would definitely stay at another from this owner. Adorable house.

Well appointed roomy home with a lot of character and attention to detail. The locaton is superb. We enjoyed ourselves and whenever we have our whole family with us visiting STP we would like to return.

The house looks unassuming until you step inside. It is huge and yet so cozy and comfortable. Everything is well maintained and had all that we needed for our stay.

Four of us stayed here and were quite comfortable. Our other 2 family members came and we had a dinner and it all worked! The place is a totally remodeled older home and was very clean and nicely appointed. The neighborhood is close (1 mile or less) to coffee shops, a Walgreens, grocery store, gas station, restaurant with good breakfasts, and has a safe, family-type neighborhood to walk around in. The host is definitely an experienced host. We were well-supplied and would stay here again when in town. Saw a beautiful hawk in the backyard on the fence which was an extra treat!

Loved this spacious house close to everything on St Paul.

Nice home situated in a great neighborhood within walking distance of coffee shops and Macalester College. Space was nice and fit 8 adult-sized people just fine. The downstairs queen pullout is a little wonky (slopes on either side and mattress pad a bit thin). The full bed pull out was just fine as were all the other beds. The hosts do note in a pamphlet that the showers need 15 minutes in between with more than 4 people. We found that even on the first shower it started running cool after 5-7 minutes. Not a big deal but plan for quick showers with a good bit of time in between. The kitchen was very spacious. We cooked in so we found that the kitchen supplies (no large pot or large serving bowl) made us have to be a bit creative in how we cooked. We ended up buying some large bowls, which we left for future guests. Wouldn’t be an issue if you were cooking for a smaller group or eating out. We did reach out to the hosts for some additional blankets. They did eventually drop off some extras but the communication during the time was sparse. Just know that if you do communicate they are likely working on the issue even if you don’t get a response for hours. We were grateful they were willing to resolve the issue after they got off work. The place was very clean!

My group of six girlfriends enjoyed our stay -- house was fully updated, modern and clean. Would rent again without hesitation!

This spacious home was perfect for our trip, allowing friends to gather. We had seven people and it was roomy and fit us all easily.

The property was spacious and well appointed. It was lovely to watch the Olympics as a family group!

This was an amazing place to stay! Very clean, excellent communication with the owners. The home was so warm and welcoming. There was a ton of space between the main floor, 2nd floor, & the basement. The home is updated and very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here. The location of the house is very convenient to the interstate, and some amazing local shops & resturants.

The home is very nice and cozy with its farmhouse decor. It’s in a really nice neighborhood and the neighbors were very friendly. We did notice the upstairs bedroom tub has a slow drain but it was not enough to make our stay uncomfortable. Definitely a thumbs up home and home owners. Thank you for making our stay a pleasant one.

My daughters, granddaughter, and I visited my Aunt in an assisted living home and my cousins, for a long weekend and the home we stayed in was perfect for our needs. It was updated, nicely appointed, and clean and the residential location couldn’t have been any better, only minutes from family members. We will definitely stay here again for our next visit.
