LUXE LIVING

This was my first time using VRBO, so we weren't sure what the process was. When we got to the property at 7pm on Christmas Eve, we hadn't received check in information. It was supposed to be sent at 1p that day from VRBO, but we never received it. We contacted Justin and he was able to help us get into the property. He was very nice and helpful, even with it being Christmas Eve. The layout of the property is like this: it has a two car garage that you are able to use. That was really nice, and gave us more peace of mind. The bottom floor is only the garage. You have to climb stairs to get to any living area of the house. The next floor has the kitchen, living room, one bedroom with a bathroom across the hall. The 3rd floor has a washer/dryer closet and two bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom. There is a final flight of stairs that leads to the roof, which has an outdoor couch and a propane fireplace. The railings are high, so it isn't a worry for those with little kids. We didn't realize stairs were required to get to the living areas. Hopefully that helps others. Check out time on VRBO says 11am. Check in/out instructions from owner said it's 10am. The entire house is hard floors. No carpet. The house was clean. There were no personal products: shampoo, soap, hand soap. Not sure if that's normal for VRBOs or not. We couldn't find a cutting board, but other than that, the house was well stocked. There was no list of tasks to do when we left. We had a nice stay.

Despite our first reservation being canceled at the last minute due to a glitch in the system. Justin was quick to help me resolve my issue along with Vrbo’s customer service. Vrbo accommodated my family the first night and Justin was working very hard to accommodate my family and I for one night. Overall I’m very happy at how everything was handled. I would definitely book again for our next family vacation
