The apartment has a smart lock keypad for self check-in with a unique access code that last only the duration of guests' stays for safety and peace of mind.



All access codes are sent 15 minutes before your scheduled arrival time.

Butchertown is home to a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops, and is known for its historic homes and buildings, as well as its stunning views of the Ohio River.



NuLu, or New Louisville, is known for its trendy shops, art galleries, and local boutiques, as well as its growing food scene. NuLu is a destination for local and out-of-town visitors, who come to explore the neighborhood's unique shopping and dining options, as well as its vibrant arts and culture scene. Getting Around:

We're located at 1025 E Main St, right in the middle of Butchertown and NuLu.



There are 3 private parking spaces behind the house on the gravel pad -- please do not park elsewhere off the alley, they are private properties and your car might be towed.



Additional free parking is in the front of the house on E Main St. It technically has a 2-hour limit, but we've never had issues with tickets for extended periods except on large event weekends.



Other Things to Note:

Want to start your trip early or sleep in on your last morning We’re happy to accommodate an early check-in or late checkout if arranged in advance! Our standard check-in time is 4:00pm, and our checkout time is 10:00am – we charge 10% of the nightly rate per hour (with a minimum of $20/hour) to adjust our cleaners’ schedules and arrange this service.
