Stayed Jul 27, 2025This review is based on what we’d expect for a house of this caliber and cost. We would not recommend to family or friends. When we arrived at the property, the first thing we noticed was that the digital lock was broken. Then when we walked into the hallway bathroom, and there was a long hair draped across the toilet seat, making us question the sanitation of the property. While the behavior of the neighbors is not directly the owners fault, there were nearly 30 people being loud and rambunctious to the point that we feared leaving property unlocked. We were not offered a spare key since there was no lock box on the property, so we had to wait 24 hours before we could leave with the house fully locked (front and back). The lock was fixed in the evening hours of the next day. We felt like we lost an entire day of an important day of a family vacation.We privately reached out asking for a small refund, but were met with only apologies. It does not seem like anyone did the diligence check to make sure the house was ready for our arrival.

Stayed Mar 31, 2025The house was just as we expected! We loved having the fire pit at night and the pool was plus! It was also just a quick walk to the beach and restaurants! The host was great and always responded quickly!

Stayed Oct 5, 2024We enjoyed the large kitchen and living room space. The bedrooms are large with nice bathrooms. We also enjoyed the fire pit and pool area in the backyard! Just a short walk to the beach!

Stayed Jul 26, 2024We had the best time at Vitamin Sea! The house was exactly what was advertised and tons of space! The beach was absolutely beautiful with nice white sands. Reasonable access to the beach, but a bit on the long side if traveling with small children. We tended to drop them off at the gate bc there is a long set of stairs to get on the beach from the gate access that combined with the walk from the house was too much for smaller children. We loved that it was not over crowded. We highly recommend staying at Vitamin Sea!!!

Stayed Jun 21, 2024The house was beautiful. The only recommendation I have would be a few more cooking and serving utensils in the kitchen and a broom. The pool was great and having the extra pool toys and beach chairs really helped our family out. I would recommend this property. Very family friendly.

Stayed Jun 16, 2024What a fantastic trip! My Family consists of several generations ranging from 90's-60's-30's-20's-teens-children. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house. There were large bedrooms downstairs with a great view for those who did not want to navigate the stairs and plenty of space upstairs with a wonderful Gameroom/bedroom with large bunk beds for the teens and children. The upstairs rooms had views of the pool or a balcony with a view of the neighborhood. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. We spent days going to the beach and then came home to grill and lounge by the pool while the kids swam. We cooked meals in the kitchen which was equipped with modern conveniences and played games and watched TV in the family room. This location was just minutes from location restaurants, shops, and the white sandy Destin beaches. The house had plenty of beach chairs and toys for the kids to use at the beach. We did not have to purchase anything. We were sad to leave, but we are all looking forward to a return trip!

Stayed Jun 7, 2024We stayed at this property in June as a family of 12 and had the best time. It's a short walk to a beautiful beach which we thoroughly enjoyed. We also spent plenty of time by the pool. Having two kids who needed naps, the fun didn't have to stop because the adults could still hang at the pool while the kids napped inside. The house was equipped with a pack n play and high chair for the baby, which was super helpful. All of the rooms had their own bathrooms which was appreciated as well. The only thing I think would be a bonus is an additional umbrella near the pool for some shade because it certainly gets HOT! Overall a fantastic stay, and fantastic memories made.
