House Rules & Helpful Info

We want you to have a comfortable, stress-free stay! To help keep everything running smoothly for all guests, please take note of the following:

No Smoking Indoors – A $500 cleaning fee applies for indoor smoking as we must perform ozone treatment to refresh the air.

No Drugs – Any drugs found will result in a $2,000 penalty.

Property Layout – . Please be mindful of neighbors during your stay.

Outdoor Space – Enjoy the private backyard and patio.

Single-Family Home – You’ll have the entire home to yourself—no shared spaces.

Transportation – Need a ride We can arrange in-house drivers (subject to availability).

Checkout Time – 11:00 AM so you can enjoy a relaxed morning before heading out (most require 10:00 AM).

Late Checkout Policy – To keep cleaning on schedule for the next guests, late checkouts incur $100 per every 15 minutes after a 5-minute grace period starting at 11:05 AM.

There are stairs inside the property since the bedrooms are located upstairs and the living room is on the ground floor.
