Other things to note
Because the building is built into the mountainside, the street level starts below the main floor. If you come from the street, you’ll climb one flight of stairs to reach the building’s first-floor level.

The driveway entrance lets you skip that first flight, but there is still one full flight of stairs to reach the top-floor apartment.
