Stayed Mar 28, 2025This was an ideal location for getting on the Back 40 trails for both biking and hiking. The hot tub was much appreciated after a fun day of biking adventures. Fun watching others out hitting the trails as the biked by the back deck.

Stayed Jan 14, 2025The property offered a perfect combo of relaxation (private, quiet neighborhood) and convenience (20 minutes to downtown Bentonville, hiking/biking trails out the back door). Check-in was simple, the house was very clean, and the hot tub was the highlight! I will absolutely be making a return trip!

Stayed Oct 19, 2024We loved this property! Felt like home and had everything we needed. We enjoyed hiking on nearby trails and visiting Crystal Bridges in Bentonville. Next time we will bring our mountain bikes! Enjoyed sitting out on the private deck! Very peaceful! Hot tub was a bonus!

Stayed Aug 31, 2024The property is exactly as advertised! One of our favorite VRBOs we’ve ever vacationed in. Perfect location for all the adventures to be found in NWA. And the house has all the luxury items (hot tub, big TV, comfy furniture) in a big open floor plan that makes relaxing at night a dream. We will definitely be back!!
