If police are called to the property for any reason during your stay, any fines, citations, or penalties issued will be the full responsibility of the booking guest and will be charged back accordingly.

No Smoking Policy
This is a strict no smoking property. If smoke, marijuana, or any odor is detected after your stay, a $300 cleaning fee will be charged. This covers the cost of ozone treatment and additional cleaning required to remove odors and restore the home for future guests.
