LUV PCB | Beach front pool!

I swear the bed sheets were not made fresh because I felt there were sand there so I had to dust off the sheets, I have pictures of how it was and I know they didn’t even clean the rooms, also not only was kitchen dirty as hell, sink had gnats everywhere. I would never go back even if they remodeled the damn place, also just wanted to let you know I’ve gotten bitten several places in my body and even my kids got bitten. One of the bathroom fan didn’t work, tv didn’t work so called property management, who did come to fix it, but while there they said they had to change the air filter, so I guess they didn’t clean the air filter. Out of all the vacation homes I’ve been must of been the worst one.

Liked the property. Accomodated 11 well. Washed all the dishes before using. A post cleaning inspection by property manager would be very enlightening for them. It seems there is no accountability for cleaning crew. We were not given the correct entry code for the gates. Even after contacting sand seeker they acknowledged the code problem but never provided a correct code. It seemed that others were more than willing to share their codes so we used it the whole stay. Overall we would stay again as the cleanliness problems are throughout the industry in our experience.

Great place to stay! We’ve stayed in the La Valencia subdivision two years in a row and we love it. Comfortable gated community for family and kids, just a minute or so from the beach, a few minutes away from stores and restaurants. The property was clean, warm and welcoming, had all amenities we needed, and everything was as expected and better! Highly recommend LUV PCB!

First we had trouble checking in to our condo. I had messaged the photo of my drivers license. They claimed to never receive the copy of my license so we had to sit outside the condo gate waiting for someone to give us the codes and instead they called to inform me that they still didn't have it. Why wait til the day of check in to let me know they didn't have it? We re-sent it on 3 different phones multiple times and they still claimed to never get it. The man assisting us on the phone was very rude. We were trying to verify the email to make sure it was correct since the picture wasn't going thru and his response was I already gave it to you. Finally after 30 minutes they got it and gave us the codes. Very frustrating!!! When we got into the condo we were all unhappy with the cleaning job. We had to reclean the condo ourselves. The handrails going up the stairs were brown from handprints and dirt and there were other things that were obviously not cleaned. I saw a previous review about the house being dirty and specifically asked them about the house before we came and they claimed they had changed cleaning services. They need to change again because it was still dirty. The house needs a major overall. The furniture is old and has rips and stains. One of the bathrooms has a step in shower that is very high and a fall risk. The only good thing I can say is the beach access was close and it was nice to have a pool right by the beach. However I would not rent this again!

We have stayed at La Valencia many times, but this was our first time to stay at LUV PCB. It did not disappoint. The condo was clean, and all the beds were super comfortable. Having a third bathroom really helped when everyone was trying to get ready to go out. We loved not being in a congested area. This was a great place for families.

We had a great time at this property, and wish we had stayed longer! It's right across the road from the beach, and is close to grocery store and plenty of restaurants, but still feels like you aren't in the middle of things. This is definitely a quieter part of town, and the beach is very nice and the water is very clear! We will be back!
