Lupine Lodge is an incredible, modern 4-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home with a large great room, luxury kitchen, game room, loft, and rooftop hot tub. It’s perfect for families to share or couples to get away from it all.

MAIN LEVEL: This stunning new home in Frisco has a modern mountain industrial feel and beautiful natural lighting. The living area is spectacular, with soaring vaulted ceilings and floor to ceiling windows, fireplace, and large flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equally impressive, with quartz counters, a large island, Thermador appliances (including a gas range), and a lovely dining table. A unique parlor/game room sits off the main living room and features a wet bar, game table, couch, and queen Murphy bed. The first-floor laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The master suite features vaulted ceilings, a king-size bed, and private bathroom featuring a rain shower and 2 sinks.

SECOND FLOOR: On the second floor, there are 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom featuring a beautiful pedestal sink and a white tiled shower. The second bedroom is like a second master suite with a private bathroom, huge walk-in closet, and a crib. The third bedroom offers a queen bed, a private bathroom, huge walk-in closet, and a small desk. Both of the walk-in closets are big enough for a baby/toddler in a pack 'n play (yes, we've done it many times!). Bunk the kids in the fourth bedroom with 4 twins (bunk beds + twin + trundle twin). The second-floor loft is a great bonus area with a huge comfy couch for big-screen movies, working, or relaxing.

OUTSIDE: Relax in the rooftop hot tub with views of Mt. Royal or enjoy the front patio with Adirondack chairs on a quiet, tree-lined street. We also have a propane heater on the front patio.

There is a one-car garage (the other garage spot is locked off for owner storage) plus room for more cars in the driveway.

For work-from-home guests, Lupine Lodge offers high speed internet from Xfinity. Download speeds are 650+ mb/sec and upload speeds of 28 mb/sec. Its a G00gle mesh wifi network with a total of 4 waypoints throughout the house.

Lupine Lodge comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival, including the hot tub.

Lupine Lodge is great for kids too -- high chair, crib, pack n play, tons of legos, books, games, crayons, and other kids toys available. And don't forget the adult games -- jenga, taboo, checkers, cards, chess, cribbage, poker, and more.

LOCATION: Lupine Lodge is conveniently located in the coveted Reserve neighborhood. It's a 1 mile walk via a paved trail to Frisco Main Street or the Frisco Marina. 5 minutes to Copper. 15 minutes to Breckenridge or Keystone. 25 minutes to Vail. It provides easy access to bike paths that take you all around Lake Dillon, or to Vail, Breckenridge and Keystone. Whole Foods and BaseCamp Wine and Spirits are also less than 1 mile away.

- Owner suite: King bed, private bath with shower
- Game room with full size Murphy bed, access to ½ bath (sleeps 2 but there isn't a door)

SECOND FLOOR:
- Second owner suite: Queen bed, crib, private bath with shower (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed, desk area, private bath with shower (sleeps 2)
- Bedroom 4: Has a twin bunk bed and a twin trundle bed, access to dedicated bath with shower (sleeps 4)

GREAT FOR KIDS:
- We have a closet full of 30+ books, large Legos, Jenga, tractors, crayons/paper, and other miscellaneous toys for kids. Also, two of the walk-in closets in the upstairs bedrooms are great for play 'n plays for little ones to sleep! I've done it with my own children :)

OTHER NOTES:

RULES:
- Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old.
- The hot tub is cleaned and serviced by a professional prior to each guest check-in and following each guest departure. You will be charged for any issues. For longer stays, the hot tub is serviced weekly.
-The primary, paying renter must be onsite during the entire stay.
-Be respectful of the neighbors.
-No overnight street parking (but there is plenty of driveway parking).
-No ski boots in the house.
