Great place for a nightly stay, only thing we wished was for thicker blankets cuz of the cold

We loved the off street parking, quiet blvd street. Walking distance to downtown Royal Oak shops and restaurants. Groovy market on Main st. That carries everything and more than you needed.Host was quick to respond and the house was extremely clean!

Everything was working but just to let you know furnance is very loud for TV watching.

So easy to get around the area. Mario gave wonderful recommendations and we enjoyed some of the best Detroit pizza. Fun 3 days.

The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. It features two bedrooms: one with both a queen and a full bed, and the other with a full bed. The bathroom is located upstairs. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the convenient location—just a short walk to restaurants and downtown Royal Oak. There’s also a park right across the street, which was perfect for the kids. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The house is charming and was perfect for my work travels. It is close enough to walk to the many great restaurants in the area. Host was pleasant and great to work with!

this property is great if you are attending an event in Royal Oak. It was clean and as described. The host was very responsive. Two minor things...the home smelled like the previous party had cooked greasy, fried food so that was a bit unpleasant but not the host's fault. It was thoroughly cleaned just had lingering smells.It was a chilly in there, even when we adjusted the thermostat. other than that, a great stay!

Nice and comfortable

This was a cute place! Beds were comfortable, everything was clean. We celebrated my friends 40th birthday and for 3 ladies wanting to be close to Royal Oak, it was exactly what we needed. If the weather was warmer and not snowing we could have walked. Loved the creeky floors and stairs. Felt very safe that no one could sneak up on you. Haha Nice neighborhood lots of people out waking their dogs.

We used lulus as a place to stay and prep before my friends wedding as well as have a safe close space after the wedding and this had to be the perfect little place! Even with everything being so crazy I feel like there was a perfect amount of room for us and so comfy cozy!

Overall house and location was great! Had issues with the app for checkin and unlocking the house, but other than that perfect place for what we needed. House was as described and had everything our groups night away. Owner communication was responded very quickly and was open to an early checkin to get ready before our show. Highly recommend and would stay again if in the area!

We really enjoy our stay here in Royal Oaks. Such a cute house that had everything we needed. It was so comfortable, clean and a great location. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves in the area. The host was fabulous to work with.
