Area Construction - Due to the outstanding beaches, beautiful emerald water, and amazing communities along 30A, our area is getting more and more popular each year. Along with this comes a higher demand for housing, restaurants, etc. and projects in the communities to meet these demands. There is a high possibility of nearby construction, home remodels, community changes and county projects on the roads and bridges along 30A year-round and throughout every single community. Please be aware that refunds will not be issued due to noise disturbance or unsightly views due to nearby projects.
Perfect house for our family. We enjoyed using the tram to take us to beach and the bikes for going into town. So much space with plenty of bedrooms and baths. Great location to get to everything!
House is great, the beach is entirely too crowded so we only went once. Other than that the pool was great and the trip was relaxing!
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Recently stayed in this precious house due to some emergency maintenance in my own. Everything went smoothly, home was very clean and well stocked. An added convenience is the entrance from Hwy 98! The only thing I would change and this is not in control of the management company nor the owners, is the position of the ports- potty at the home across the driveway. It is in the back up zone so a little hard to back out. Other than that, we appreciated use of bikes. By the way, the artwork is beautiful. We were very comfortable on this stay. THANK YOU!
Nice place
We had a great Family Thanksgiving. Property was very isolated from what we usually rent. Being right off 98 took a bit of getting acclimated, but was convenient to stores and restaurants. Construction all around and noisy during the day. Not sure we will return to this particular property again.
We had a wonderful time this week. The house was perfect for our needs. I know it says in the description that there is construction on the surrounding houses but I was hoping it wouldn’t be too bad. Unfortunately, their portable potty was right beside our deck making it awkward for us when they were using it and not a great view. The workers start working around 7:00am. Other than that the location is perfect and beautiful. Once all the houses are complete this will be a great neighborhood! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property with lots of room for entertaining and relaxing. All the hot spots are a short bike ride away. Internet is a little dodgy but hey your supposed to be on holidays…lol

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The internet is basically non-existent. ALWAYS. The Property Manager responded quickly to complaints about the internet because it wasn't working at all but we continued to have issues and used our hot spots every day-all day. We were warned of the construction around the house, but the workers constantly block the drive so we couldn't get out or parked partially on the alley way and we would have a hard time getting by. The furniture is very soiled and needs to be cleaned. Kitchen utensils and pots and pans need to be updated. The utensils are missing handles and are extremely damaged. The pots and pans are just in bad condition. The doors could use a keyless entry pad. The lock box the key is stored in is very difficult to get into and at night there is no light outside to see to access.The dining room table top is very unstable.
