The owner was nice. I was misquoted pet fee. The house is old and needs a lot of work (has leaky roof), only one bathroom, no dishwasher. Place could have used better cleaning. Overall, the beds were comfy and we slept well.
It was such a comfortable experience for our family. The house is spacious and clean. The kitchen is very clean, as well as the bathroom, very important aspect for me. The owner's communication was amazing.
House was as described, convenient location. It was quite roomy and had cozy gas logs in the evening. Fenced back yard was a plus since we were traveling with hubby's service dog.
The place was cute, clean and in a central location. We took our pets. They loved the fenced in backyard. Definitely recommend. Thank you
Very convenient to downtown Waynesville, within a mile to Walmart and big grocery store. Very comfortable home, this is our second time staying.
The only negative thing was the television stations. Could only receive old tv shows. Needs to be connected to Charter to get live. Other than that it was great.
This home was clean, comfortable and the host was friendly! The home had everything we needed from towels, to blankets and kitchen utensils! The farm fresh eggs were amazing our whole stay! Even the pups were happy with a fenced in yard and could run and play! We loved our stay!
Drove 6 hours to a house with a fenced in backyard for our senior dog, which I had to pay extra, only to find live chickens living in the yard. I called the host Donna Owen, voiced my concern and she hung up on me. I called back and left a message to call me back and she never did. Our dog would not even use the yard because of the chicken poop. Also when the heat was on a strong smell of fuel oil would circulate. Kitchen is inundated with fruit flies. The big concern is no smoke alarms or co2 alarms in the house. Which I would imagine is a required with a fire place and rental property.
Was a very cozy home quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our trip and the house just topped it off. We all just felt like we were at home there.
We enjoyed our stay very much! The owners were very nice and accommodating when needed. The fenced in back yard was a big plus for our furry one. We only used the bedroom with the tv, the bed was so comfortable. The bath, kitchen were very clean, which is a big plus!!! Highly recommend! Pam
